Had a great first experience with Dr. Zelinskas. Her office staff were extremely nice and professional. Fast x-rays, quick visit, but thorough. I would highly recommend this location and this professional. Will definitely use again if needed.

I have brought my wife to Dr. Zelinskas before and found her to be very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I wouldn't take my chances on anyone else. Everyone there makes a hard time easier to deal with. She saved my wife from surgery

Dr. Zelinskas and her staff are outstanding. Found this office through my insurance company to deal with an on going issue other Drs failed to address. Fixed within 2 weeks. I would recommend her too any person who is on need of these services you will not be disappointed. Trent W

From the moment I called and asked for an appointment I received excellent customer service. The office was clean, odor free and organized. I received extraordinary care. I had a procedure done on my foot. Despite my initial nervousness the Dr. put my fears to rest. Excellent care. 5 Star service and care. Thank you.

First, I'd like to say that Dr Zelinskas is great and I rate her 5 stars for helping find the cause of my foot pain, and to find a solution to resolve it. Sadly, it is from poor customer service from specific employees that drops the rating down- specifically asking me to pay up front for services that " aren't usually covered by insurance." After I verified with my insurance that the product was covered and they recommended that I refer the biller to the provider manual, the biller basically shut me down saying how many years of experience she has dealing with this, and she wouldn't submit the claim or request for prior authorization as insurance required. She just said some insurance still won't pay even with a prior auth. I said we verified coverage with another clinic and she said I could just go there then. Still would need a referral and time to get an appt when Dr Z's office already saw me and took foot molds 3 weeks ago and they could have been almost ready. Biller was just rude and condescending and kept saying what other insurance doesn't cover. My primary doesn't cover it but the secondary does and referenced where they could find the info. On calling back after verifying coverage, I asked if she had a chance to look at the manual for my specific coverage, and she ignored me and said I could go to the other clinic or can call my insurance again and ask to do a 3 way call and provide in writing that it will be covered, still refusing to submit request for prior auth or call the representative herself. Sorry, a patient should not have to do all the legwork and running around to get something done. ESPECIALLY after I did my due diligence by checking coverage with my insurance and giving them billing codes, and the biller just refused to submit the request or contact them with specific, rather than general information, while telling me the only way to get it was paying up front. However convenient it is to get to their new location, and as great as Dr Z is, this person is bad for business. Rather than getting relief for a medical issue, I have been given a hard time, stressed out, and spent hours trying to resolve the issue which could have been prevented with just submitting a prior auth as I first stated is how my secondary covers for medical expenses that are not covered by my primary.

Always super friendly staff. Dr. Z is very compassionate and patient. She did't rush to get me back on my feet pun intended. She knew I needed a bit more time to fully heal.

Dr.Zelinskas is a great doctor! She walked me through the procedure and even walked me through what was going on with my MRI pictures. The only reason why I did not give 5 stars was because my surgery date got moved around so much which affected my work schedule. But other than that, Dr.Zelinskas is a great doctor. She was very informative and super sweet. Her staff was amazing and I definitely appreciate how patient everyone in her office is.

First time having to visit the podiatrist my son had a nasty infected toe and Dr. Zelinskas was great she was easy to talk to and took care of his toe that day. He doesn't like needles and was nervous about the procedure but she talked him through everything and he did great. Highly recommend her and will visit again if we ever need a podiatrist again!

Dr. Zelinskas is great! She explained the diagnosis and treatment clearly. She did the most she could to keep pain to a minimum. I have had two procedures with her and they both were very successful. She’s a personable and professional physician.

I was disappointed after seeing several positive reviews for the company. I arrived at my appointment 15 minutes early as they told me to do I waited almost two hours for my appointment, which I find unacceptable. After my X-ray, I waited an hour for someone to see me. after telling a nurse I had to leave because I had work I didn't really find the appointment useful, and now I'm looking for someone else to provide me a second opinion.
