University Art Gallery for CSU East Bay
The University Art Gallery is one of the major exhibition spaces in the East Bay area; it is a valuable resource for the Art Department, the University, and the Bay Area artistic community. The gallery presents 4-5 exhibitions per academic year, including the Faculty & Staff, BFA, Emerging Artists, and Juried Student exhibitions.
For over 50 years the gallery has also featured work by groundbreaking professional artists such as Andy Warhol, Marcel Duchamp, Robert Raushcenberg, and William Blake, and has facilitated several educational World Art exhibitions. Presently, the gallery is strengthening international relations with universities in all parts of the world and features a wonderful new series of international art exchange exhibitions.
