Absolutely wonderful company, with amazingly dedicated service professionals, which offers top notch quality fish/meat, poultry, fruits/vegetables, milk/dairy products, cleaning products, dry goods, and the list goes on and on. My whole family has been so impressed by how University Foods is helping during these crisis-times. They have been feeding my family, and have made it possible for us to reduce having to venture out to stores. We are extremely thankful and grateful for everything they have been doing, and for all the incredible food they have been providing. We wish the entire company all the very best for their health and safety. We highly recommend them. Thank you.

Ordered twice, first time went smooth and was a 5 star experience. Second time they had a misprint on their price list, so my order ended up being more than $100 more, which they charged to my my credit card unauthorized. I specifically asked not to keep my card info on file after the first order. They never called to clarify the difference, and they kept my card info against my wishes. Mistakes happen so I called and I thought I made amends when we agreed after talking to the manager that they will drop items off for me without a minimum order and a delivery fee if I need something and they are driving right by my house I live off a highway, it’d literally be a stop and go. When I called for a couple of items the other day the gentleman suddenly forgot our deal and refused to bring things out, after reminding him he said it’s not worth for them for a small order. It was very disappointing, as I really liked them: But customer service is not great...
