The University of Dayton Doctor of Physical Therapy program is proud to host the 6th Annual Golf Scramble on Saturday, September 21st 2013 at Yankee Trace Golf Course in Centerville, Ohio.
Where: Yankee Trace Golf Club – 1000 Yankee St. Dayton, OH 45458
When: Saturday September 21st , 2013
Why: To support the DPT students in academic achievement, evidence-based research, scholarship, and professional development.
Time: Shotgun Scramble with tee-off beginning at 1:30pm
Cost: $100 per person, $400 per team
Includes green fees, cart, two drink tickets, dinner, & awards ceremony
Prizes will be awarded for longest drive, closest to the pin, & longest putt
$1 raffle tickets & mulligans will be available for purchase at registration
