The American Pharmacists Association Academy of Student Pharmacists, APhA-ASP, is the largest organization at the University of Georgia College of Pharmacy. Our chapter is part of a national organization that represents over 30,000 student pharmacists from each school and college of pharmacy around the country. Our mission is “to be the collective voice of student pharmacists, to provide opportunities for professional growth and to envision and actively promote the future of pharmacy.” Membership in ASP is available to all students enrolled at the College of Pharmacy; enrollment includes membership in the national pharmacy organization, the American Pharmacists Association (APhA), as well as the state pharmacy organization, the Georgia Pharmacy Association (GPhA).
