It's good, but you need to arrived early or you don't get a parking. We saw the Walt Disney on ice show. Beautiful
Came here for a church conference call Vous con.. The security in the premier entrance was absolutely horrible! One day they would let you in with your drinks the next they wouldn't. They would let everyone else in and seem to just pick on certain people! They would let certain people in and just completely give nothing but attitude! It was horrible! Talk about being singled out! It was unorganized when I wanted to go to the restroom it was forbidden! Absolutely ridiculous! They definitely know how to play high and mighty more like bullies! The other side seem to have extremely nice security but for some reason on the other side it was nothing but security being bullies
I attended an event and came with vision impaired person and Mr. Charles assisted me. He was professional and took excellent care of him. He is the best.
Very nice building were we saw the Disney on Ice
Disney on ice April 29th. Disorganized parking structure. No signs to advise of head in parking only. They let you know after you parked. No signs at entrance letting you know that you have to pay for parking. Only realized after I heard other people complaining in line. Then had to go back to pay. Going through security was a mission. Two different security guards at the same place giving conflicting instructions. One was stating to empty your pockets, the other would say to move on through. The other would say stop, then the other would say go at the same time. The saga continued inside. Water advertised at $5 on sign on concession stand. Purchased several items. Math didn't add up so I asked for a receipt. Charged $6 per water. Then added a tip to themselves without letting me know. Requested that they honor the advertised price of the water. They said they could not do anything about it but that they would give me a free pretzel. Let's see, overcharged for four waters and a self imposed tip, was the pretzel really free? Mickey Mouse operation. No pun intended. The performance however was great.
Great atmosphere. Our Bishop hosted a 4 days conference. It was nothing but excellent. Have a wonderful time over there.
Nice venue. Parking was a tad challenging, but all in all not bad. Next time we will take the Metro Rail.
Had a great experience! The game was exciting until the very end!

I went to the Watsco center this past weekend for the first time to see Disney on ice. The show was great, and Disney obviously put time and money into all the details, down to the mickey themed snacks. But my Problem was with the RUDE staff at the Center, from the bathroom's being cleaned at intermission to my small backpack/Diaper bag being searched to the point that was excessive. I am all for keeping people safe but telling someone to open their small wallet and shake it, opening a package of baby wipes and sticking your dirty stick that goes into everyone bags in my daughters pull ups, and wipes is excessive and rude! She then didn't give me a chance to put everything back in before she was dumping someone else's bag into her bin. It would take a lot to get me to return to this venue.
