Staff was incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate and a great bed side manner. Helped tremendously in reducing my dental anxiety. Everyone from start to finish made me feel very comfortable. Would recommend this office 100% to anyone!
I was seen here not too long ago by Doctor Lee who was very rude, and did not have good customer service at all what so ever. I then scheduled with a different dentist and was put back with her again.She again was of no help. My mother was seen by her as well and she told my mother she could not do work on her teeth, but when my mother was seen at a different dental office they were able to do it no problem. I find it extremely frustrating especially because what I need done has been done before by a different dentist who is no longer there with no problems. But no it's a problem with Doctor Lee. At this point I will be taking my business to a different office where they actually care about patient care and getting things done.
My daughter is 1 and I was nervous about her apt. She came in singing and screaming and the staff clapped their hands and didn’t mind the noise. Staff did an amazing job. All smiles during and after the apt. I know my baby won’t have nightmares about going to the dentist .
I have been coming here for the last few years. I always get the best service and they know me by heart. The staff and dentist treat me with kindness and listen to my concerns. I have both an orthodontist and general dentist; both have great communication when it comes to my dental care plan.
In my experience, dental facilities are very unreliable. I went to the facility to get a filling $300 from my pocket, the dentist insisted that I was needing a crown $900 from my pocket. I was in doubt about her opinion, so I got a second opinion from another dentist. Definitely, I was right, the second dentist told me that I was needing just a filling. I didn't say anything before the consultation to the new dentist to be able to compare both opinions, after I heard that I didn't need the crown I told to the dentist my experience and she was surprise how a person that a is called "dentist" can act in a dishonest way just to make money offering a service that a patient doesn't need. For that reason, always is better to get a second opinion, as a patients, we don't need to be a dentist to know when certain procedures are necessary or not.
I've had this broken tooth for a few years and every dentist I went to insisted I had to be sedated and "it wouldn't numb" properly. I was in the worst pain of my life and a friend referred me here I called immediately, got in the NEXT day and my broken tooth was taken out in a little less than an hour. The staff was so patient and kind! I have anxiety and often have panic attacks, the dental assistant and dentist both tried their best to comfort me and make me feel safe. Thank you again ! Today is day 2 of stitches/recovery and I'm feeling so much better
Shortly after I moved from Ohio, my tooth broke and I needed a crown. It was the end of November. They got me in within a couple days and I had the crown before Christmas. I liked the staff and scheduled a comprehensive visit. Again the staff worked with me. It has been several years since I saw a dentist. and I am now on my way to a healthy smile. I couldn't be happier.
Dr Lee is a wonderful dentist. She is very caring and gentle. She has done 4 crowns for me and some front teeth fillings. All excellent work and the most affordable for cash pay. I travel two hours to see her. She is worth it!
As a patient with dental anxiety I can say DR Lee definitely made me very comfortable. Not to mention the amazing job she did on my front teeth they look very natural she is a dental pro. I’ve waited a long time to correct my smile because of my anxiety but not any more!!!
I was a bit skeptical at first because at the first appointment with a new dentist they wouldn't allow me to go back with my 10year old. But he was able to do the whole Xray and cleaning visit himself. Then we went back for a fill and he went back by himself but they ended up needing me to calm him down. Once we found a solution that worked for everyone I just hid in the back corner just in case for moral support. But watching them work with him made me feel so much better about him going back alone in future visits. Dr. Lee and her assistant, I'm sorry I didn't get her name, they make an amazing team, they made him feel so comfortable they worked with him to find any solution to a problem, tough love when needed. I so greatly appreciate the way they handled every curve ball he could throw at them. They were cheering him on once they got going. I'm so happy and pleased with the whole situation I'm just in awe of how well they did.
