On the afternoon of August 11, 2023, I had an exceptional experience at University Radiology, largely thanks to Jordan. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and friendly demeanor truly made a difference. Jordan's ability to swiftly address a prescription error, coupled with her dedication to ensuring a smooth process, impressed me greatly. Her efforts in rectifying the situation quickly showcased her commitment to patient care. It's rare to encounter someone who combines technical expertise with such a positive and personable attitude. Really nice people working at the Neptune Office. Very attentive and engaging. Insured all safety concerns were addressed. I required a Disc of my Images. They took care of it in a timely manner. All in All I can highly recommend this location.
My experience at URG Neptune was seamless! From the patient portal and scheduling, to the check-in process and procedure, everything went very smoothly. My technician Amanda was very nice and considerate, and I appreciated being brought back at my exact appointment time. Lastly, there was ample parking and the facility itself was very clean and bright. Thank you!
The receptionist was extremely rude and insulting. I pre-registered, showed up to my appointment and checked in and shared my requested information in a timely manner. I was instructed to enter the office for my appointment as instructed by a text message. I sat for 50 minutes until I decided to approach the registration in the adjacent room. They told me that they were looking for me and I had to reschedule. I asked how they tried to reach me and they said they attempted to call me. I checked and there was a call and asked why they did not leave a message and continued to berate me and claim that they tried to call three times which is entirely untrue. They claimed they were looking for me which was untrue. They eventually told me that they were going to “help me out” by squeezing me in. The nurse who took care of me was very nice and competent and that is the only reason I give this experience as a whole a one star. As for the rest of the experience it was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had in a health care facility in my life and I will never go there again for any reason. I will also not recommend that anyone I know ever goes there.
Do you want to have your appointment cancelled after drinking the contrast? Just go to this lousy place. They will make sure to cancel your appointment because of machine issues 10 minutes before your appointment. What a horrible place! I will submit a claim with the BBB.
I have been a patient of UR of Jersey Shore for years. I have always found the staff, receptionists and technicians, to be courteous and efficient. I highly recommend this facility.
I’ve always had kind and courteous technicians when I am there for testing, but on occasions there have been less than informative reports from a radiologist….
The University of Radiology in Neptune is excellent. First of all they have a great online patient portal and scheduling system. I love that I can go online and check my results, see appointments and instructions for the different exams. I have had: Xray's, MRI’s, ultrasounds, cat scans, mammogram & biopsies done at the Neptune location. Always on time, friendly staff, and thorough with explaining procedures.
I met my daughter today for an MRI. She was 7 minutes late to her appointment and they were unbelievably rude to her and made her reschedule. They came up with every reason why they couldn’t make the appointment work instead of problem solving and accommodating the patient. I understand needing to keep as close to on time with appointments as possible, however, being rude to someone, especially in a medical setting, is completely unacceptable. They have no idea what my daughter is going through. Kindness and compassion should be the rule not the exception. To anyone reading this review…do yourself a favor and use a different radiology group.
Clean facility and always runs on schedule. The employees are professional and courteous. Highly recommend
