Giving the fact that I paid several thousands of dollars, you'd think being a senior in this dorm would be great. And it has its perks, nearby laundry, AC, 1st floor kitchen and some room to play ping pong/pool. BUT the cons here greater. There can be pink mold developing in showers, very and I mean VERY THIN WALLS. You can hear people having conversations in another person's suite. Halls are dirty littered with bits of trash, drinks spilled in the stairways every once in awhile making it sticky for weeks. Vending machines don't exactly work properly. And seems like they do the bare minimum to keep this place running to its potential. They can't even give up plastic curtain binds, which majority of this dorm is missing. It's a small space, spending several thousands just to be in a room you have to share. No stove, hardly working microwave which sparked when I first moved in here. Sadly this place is a bit of a joke for East Bay University.
The RAs doing really a great job, there are a lot of social events and possibilities but sadly it is optically not so nice inside Very much grey. Outside is really beautiful.
An okay place to stay but there was a dog barking outside the window at midnight .... And the vending machine breaks easily.

Small. No stoves in rooms, but there is a community kitchen.
