Just not great. Service was OK at best. I was asked if I needed help but when I told her I was looking for a shirt for my Dad's memorial and she said "something black I'd guess." Never said anything else till I left. The prices are crazy. Over $100 for a shirt?!? The sales person could have at least explained why all shirts cost so much and what makes them worth it. I ended up leaving and going to the Men's Warehouse. I ended up spending $100 but I had a personal shopper who looked through the on sale rack and found 2 shirts in my size that were marked down 70%! I ended up getting both shirts and a pair of jeans for $100. I won't be going back to Untuck it anytime soon.
I've been wearing UNTUCKit for 5+ years and can't say enough of the styles and fit. Constantly receive compliments about their fashion-forward colors, shirts, T's, jackets and sweaters. Always a pleasure to shop in store as their staff is always pleasant and helpful. If you haven't already, UNTUCKit!
UTUCKit - Service gets "UNO" star. I asked the manager if my husband could try a shirt in a diffrent color after he had tried on the "size demo" shirt. Apperantly the manager she felt it was a burden on her. After telling me most men don't want to try on clothing and that it was literally the same shirt - she finally allowed my husband to try on a diffrent color. It's like what? - Seriously - Why would someone not be allowed to try on multiple colors despite it being the same style. Literally just 1 colorto try on is all we asked. Personally it felt that if I were a certain ethnicity then there would have been more kindness extended. Just calling it as it felt. Meanwhile the young male there was trying to be so very helpful. I did not catch his name. Perhaps it's promotion time for you and step aside manager woman. Remember Kindness always supercedes.
Very helpful and friendly staff. They have special shirts to try on to get your fit correct. The shirts are very nice and low maintenance. My only issue is the price so watch for sales.
Best customer service I have received in a long time! They were able to pull up previous purchased shirts to ensure I didn't buy the same thing currently on a work trip. We had to have three shirts shipped to the store, which only took a couple of days. Unfortunately, I am on shift work during the hours they are open so Joe offered to hold them for me. When my schedule didn't change but needed the shirts I inquired about a third-party delivery service. Joe asked me where I was staying and immediately offered to drop them off at the front desk of my hotel. I was taken aback! Joe took time off of his lunch break to delivery me my shirts. I don't care who you are, that's outstanding customer service! Thanks again, Joe!
Help from a great young man named Mikey made the experience worth it. Bought some shirts, even was helped with sizing. Must-go spot!
Daughter brought me here to pick out shirts. I have enjoyed them and like the styling. Don't expect a cheap price. Some items will have to be ordered as they do not have all sizes in stock. Will shop here again.
I was surprised to see how well the shirts fit. The staff was extremely helpful
First off the shirt is great! Nice quality and fit. I will continue to buy more. The knock is on the customer service at the Domain store. I've been in twice to buy two shirts and had a poor customer service. There's a lot of standing around and the reps don't make much effort to make you feel welcomed. Even when you try on a shirt they sort of just give you one or say "just try that one on". I think Untuckit could have a really great brand, but the sales reps should be more helpful and friendlier.
Had a great experience with only 1 of the staff. Helped me pick out the right size and I got to try out a couple of different shirts to see which one was right for me. However, what really bothered me was how there are like 4 people who work there that just stand around and stare at you. They weren't even working, they were having a conversation with each other and kept interrupting me while I was asking questions about what I was buying. Overall I would rate this experience 2 out of 5 stars. They need to either hire some better people or start firing. Side note - the shirt is pretty cheap, it's not US made. Paid over $100 and it smells like chemicals. Disappointed :
