Food is good but the 5 stars is for the manager. I wanted to give a shout out to the manager of the restaurant whos name I didnt catch but he was really helpful with an issue I had and was very kind and courteous.
terrible customer service. train guy was yelling in my face
Upland lemon festival was fun
Hot as hell here. Very little shade. Doesnt seem to connect well with local buses. Havent seen even one bus come here since I got here 45 minutes ago. Too few trains. Ticket machines need repair. Not much to do while waiting for the train. There is a wine & cigar establishment next door that looks interesting, plus there's an Ihop right across the street bear Euclid, but I dont see any other places within a quick walking distance. They need to put in more places here that commuters can use. Coffee shops, fast food, bars, stores, etc. This does appear to be a historic area so that could be interesting to exolore if it wasnt too hot to walk. Seems like a fairly safe & secure station to wait at, at least.
Not a lot of shade, parking lot fills up quickly during weekdays. Sometimes one of the ticketing machines is broken or has difficulty reading certain cards.
It is absolutely ridiculous that a public transportation station FOR A COMMUTER TRAIN charges for parking. This is not a great way to convince people to stop driving their cars if you charge them to park. Metrolink is already expensive enough. It already costs $20 for a round-trip ticket from Upland to L.A. Union Station. Parking costs $4.00 plus tax, which is also absurd. That's a 20% increase in the cost of taking the public transportation option.
Very poor designed on parking, parking is a headache during the weekdays. Recently the city only allows 3 hours parking on the streets, very bad for all the commuters.
Neat, tidy station. Automated machines worked well.
Was delayed 20 min. But still a great way to travel. My son loves it!
This is amazing trip with my daugther I go to Orange County the train is peaceful and start a time.
