Bad customer service. I called from a physicians office because a refill was requested on a medication that we sent last month for a 30 day supply with 11 refills. The pharmacist asked that I send a new Rx so she didn't have to take the time to look it up ???????

By far the BEST pharmacy in WNY!! Cannot say enough about the staff and even the delivery personnel!! Thank you for your dedication, detail mindedness, and SPEED!!

They are on the vaccine finder.  You need to call to make an appointment, but they do not answer.  No option to speak with a pharmacist. Typical these days.  No one wants to talk to you.  Just the hand in the face.

We needed refills on a holiday weekend and Upstate came through with same day delivery.
