I had to run here and give a review about uptown dental and give a shout out to Pam!!!! My husband is a heart patient and has Medicaid and really needed to see an oral surgeon and we had so much trouble finding someone to take his insurance. Which is very sad!!! Pam Went. Above and beyond To help us locate a provider to get him in as soon as possible to get this matter taken care of. I really appreciate her I really appreciate the office as a whole. I can’t say enough good things about this office! Pam, Dr. Williams and their team are the best! My husband has some major dental work needing done, Pam got my husband in promptly and Dr. Williams and Don took great care of him in the back office. We now have a game plan to get started on his dental journey to a great smile and healthy teeth!
Dr. Williams is the best! I have real bad dental Anxiety, Dr willmas and his staff were very paitent with be & talked to me throughout the entire procedure. And i felt No pain!!
Been with them since moving to GA && I absolutely love them Mrs Pam is like an aunt to me && Dr Williams is my uncle lol Ain’t no dentist better than mine
Stay away from Uptown dental. They charged my insurance çompany for x-rays and they never scheduled my cleaning in the afternoon. When I wanted them to send copies of my x-rays to my new dentist they refused and asked me to pay $25. That's really sad!!!
Uptown dental is great! Friendly environment and good service. I recommend for the town of douglasville and surrounding areas
So, yes I am grown, but I have REALLY bad anxiety when it comes to dental work, even just fillings. Dr. Williams and his team are so patient and amazing with patients like me. When he numbed me he was so gentle. I work in the health care field and my job is basically to verify providers are who they say they are, and stamp them as approved to safely treat patients which is what I do to all my personal providers as well. Dr. Williams is top notch in his field. I don’t care if I move from this town I will always drive here to be seen by him.
I love my dentist DR. Williams. He goes over and beyond to make sure you are comfortable. I Had some dental Procedures done with no pain or anything . He explained everything he was doing one at a time. Pam, words cannot express the her wonderful hospitality and customer service. If there is a cancellation, Pam will make a phone call letting you know if you are able to fill in. I Highly Recommend.
My first visit and the entire staff is absolutely awesome and I was absolutely terrified to tell the truth lol but the dentist and the assistant I saw today were terrific NO PANIC ATTACKS LOL
Uptown dental is amazing! We drive 45 minutes from our home just to be seen here. Pam always works to fit us right in when we need to be seen and is super helpful with any billing or insurance questions. Dr. Williams is not only an amazing dentist but he is so friendly and actually takes time to talk with his patients and address all concerns. We've never had a bad experience here, and will continue to use them for all of our dental needs!
