Called to make an appointment. A receptionist named Sophia answered. You’d think you were expecting her to be competent and do her job or something. By far one of the rudest people I’ve ever encountered. Very bothered after I asked her simple scheduling questions. If you don’t want to do your job, I guess don’t work there??
Waited over 6 months to get a new patient app. Well worth the wait. Everyone including Dr. Batey have been very helpful. Everytime I've called there to get something done or taken care of it is done the same day. Which is unusual for a Doctor Office well done everyone thank you for your time and all the help with my health!!!!
At first she was cordial, polite and appeared well educated. I had a surprise diagnosis as a diabetic and she initially told me to see a specialist in a few weeks. I was given the improper medication to manage my disease State. I tried to make contact with the office multiple times for prescription medical supplies after requiring multiple ER visits. The staff was rude and incompetent. I was then sent an aggressive message accusing me of threatening office staff despite me only asking for necessary medical supplies. The office was unable to discern the difference between a pen needle for insulin Injection versus a test strip for measuring glucose blood sugar. I was also sent home with zero education or material to help me learn about my new disease. If you are an informed person with common sense do not go here.
One thing I don't understand why have a doctor's office and never accept new patients. isn't a doctor's office supposed to help people? I've been trying to get in to Webster family medicine for a year now and every time I call they're not accepting new patients which is absolutely ridiculous. Maybe as a doctor's office you shouldn't turn people away that want to get healthy and want to know what's going on with their health.
Great practice! Only have experience with Dr. Ryan but he's been phenomenal the last 15+ years I've been with him. The staff and nurses are friendly and happy to see you. Bathroom in the lobby and lots of comfortable seating in the waiting room. It's clean and parking is a breeze with the massive lot. It's a clean facility and I doubt you'd be disappointed. It's brand new. Also lots of stores and restaurants in the Area for after your visit.
Well today my experience. Not good. I called after hours people were speaking back and forth but no one was speaking with me then they hung up
Great staff. Showed up at 700am, because the wrong hours appear in Google Maps. Also too many signs hide the message about signing in using the QR code.
Everyone from office staff to the nurses and my doctor are very personable and listen to everything I have to say.
I've had Dr. Hom as my doctor for the past year and I have to say that she's knowledgeable, kind and is very attentive to my needs. I would recommend her to anyone.
Dr. Batey is really nice. Seems very helpful and knowledgeable. Staff has been very friendly.
