We booked a room for my daughters birthday party here on a Saturday. Everything was great. The kids and parents loved it. Staff was friendly and helpful. Price was just right. The only hiccup keeping my review from a five star is with the setup of the party room. There were not enough plates, forks, napkins and there was an issue with our pizza order. I'm sure that my next review will be a 5 simple because of the staffs eagerness to correct any issues. Both staff and management made sure they were keeping an eye on all of the guests throughout the facility for safety and happiness. We will be back and will recommend. Thanks.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!! Let me start by saying this was my first and last time visiting Urban Air I can’t express enough the lack of professionalism. The staff is poorly trained all young and don’t care whether you come back or not. I was there 3 hours with my children and almost every attraction was without supervision as seen in my photos! Kids were running wild doing whatever they wanted, small children can easily get hurt or get lost quickly because there is no order anywhere adults, teenagers, and toddlers jump in the same areas it’s chaos in there. Most importantly you do not get what you pay for because multiple attractions are closed which is very upsetting considering I spent $80+. It looks very dirty and a lot of their items look broken foam pieces, and balls which is crazy considering this place basically just opened! Sadly based on the reviews it seems like management could care less about fixing the issues. We will not be returning which sucks because Connecticut does not have many attractions for kids!
Went to urban air last weekend for my little brothers birthday & we definitely had the time of our lives. Our prizes didn’t come out of the prize machine & also said we had no tickets on our card although we had over 600. Larry went above & beyond to fix the issue & definitely made the experience better for us. Definitely will be coming back.
A lot of fun! Kids loved it!! Lots of options of things to do, plenty of seating. Parent pass costs half of whatever kids pass you buy and you can do all the same things. Although parents are not required to buy a pass if they don't plan to participate.
Great experience. There are option for all. Video games, climbing walls, trampolines platforms and zip lines. Ninja warrior course and more. The snack bar is limited.
Not a big fan of this place. I’ve seen better with more attentive staff. Staff are fairly young, sociable and always on their phone. Something as simple as me ordering a pretzel took nearly 45 minutes with 2 reminders about my order and it wasn’t even crowded. To top it off the dining area was barely cleaned. There was trash all over.
Great attractions for the kids. Plenty to do and many of the staff are great with the kids. One star off for some reason the lights were off when we were there very hard to keep track of the kids plus some of attractions have multiple exits which also makes it hard to track the kids. Other similar places do a better job at funneling the kids to avoid lost children. Still a good time just some improvements would make it even better.
Fun place for kids, but very loud and chaotic. Plenty of activities to keep kids entertained, though some attractions were closed, so make sure to pay attention to the signage.
For about $40 A-day each child.children have an awesome time spent the hole day there
I was so excited to come here but it was horrible. All the staff barely interacted with me and my family they just stood there and expected us to know what to do even though it is our first time there. We tried doing the obstacle course but there were kids literally swimming in the ball pit underneath, throwing balls, going in the wrong direction and the staff just stood there and did nothing. We barely got to do it at all because it was out of control the staff did absolutely nothing. There might as well be no workers as none of them helped or did anything. There should be workers controlling the area so other people can actually go on and do it. I also went on the ropes course and felt quite unsafe and scared I’ve been on a ropes courses way taller than that and I was not afraid. No one told us what to do or any safety percautions and the harnesses and rope holding you in did need feel safe. It’s way scarier when no one pays attention and there’s concrete floor underneath you. To sum it up the staff did not do anything to keep people safe, listen to you/ pay attention to you, make sure people actually follow simple rules and it was dirty. If you have a job surrounding kids you should be paying attention and doing your job especially when safety is very important. If you didn’t want to speak or communicate then the workers should get different jobs.
