We've been members for 2 years. Everything is broken now. Some things have been broken the entire 2 years. I'm here on a Friday night with family and there's only 20 kids here. The community is obviously voting with their dollars. I'll be contacting corporate to cancel and ask for some refund for my family that didn't have a membership.
A bit pricey but a great activity for kids and friends. It will wear you out quick, we were only there for about an hour! I also wish in some spots you could have shoes, as they have rope climbs in spots and literally our feet couldn't even attempt them with just socks as it hurt our heels instantly.
Kids had a great time. My 1 year old was able to have fun and jump around also. They weren't very busy since we went during the middle of the week during the day but still he was able to jump and everyone watched for him.
This place was a blast!! My husband and I brought our 4 kids here a couple of weeks ago. We bought the highest package they offer which is a very good Price and includes everything they have to offer there. With a child's pass you can get 50% off for the parents pass which was great. There are a ton of fun activities for all ages and we will be returning in the future.
Went to Urban Air June 6. The lady with the Tattoos was AWESOME. Very friendly and explained the packages. Very helpful and kind. Definitely will be back and hopefully she is working. She has great customer service.
As a former worker at this location, they broke dozens of labor laws. At 15 years old, I had no breaks for an upwards of 6.5 hours. I worked here for a year and a half and never had a break. They didn’t even have a break room for us. I got paid 7.75.
Perfect for our son's birthday party with friends.
Always a great place to go so my kiddos can burn that winter inside “drive mama crazy” energy ‍ But all the staff and other families we have encountered, all have been absolutely amazing. I recently just took my 3 boys to 2 birthday parties here couple months apart, I worried it would be way too much or hectic. It was amazing and I had a blast also. I’m thinking of having parties here for my kiddos now! Great job URBAN AIR

Check-in is easy if you’ve purchased tickets/signed the waiver online, all of the attractions were open and available, and there are many different stations that make 3 hours of playing fly by! I thought it was a little pricey, but it turned out to be totally worth it!
