I took my 18 month old daughter today to check it out and we had the best experience! The staff was so kind! They let my daughter carry one of the foam balls around because she was obsessed with it and one young man was even playing with her and the ball! The bigger kids were all so nice and very cautious of her because she is small and even cleared out one of the dodge ball areas so she could play safely with some balls. There’s not much specific for her size and age but everyone was so kind and great that she had sooo much fun! Shoutout to the parents of the kids that were there today as they were all so respectful of my daughter and giving her space to play as well! As a very anxious and new mom, this was a great place for me and my daughter to play and have fun together. We will definitely be back!
We had a birthday party on there and the place is really amazing. There are a lot of activities to do for the kids. We ate pizza for the party and was good. Not amazing but for the kids is enough. They spend a lot of energy there. Next time I am considering the go karts. Looks really fun. I recommend this place for kids for over 5 years old.
If you go here, make sure to keep an eye on your things. My sons shoes were stolen from there today. Urban Air isn’t responsible. It’s a big catch 22… you HAVE to take your shoes off and use THEIR socks… but your stuff can get stolen and they just tell you oh well… not our problem…. We made a police report and hopefully it will get resolved in a timely manner. I have every intention to press charges on the culprit.
First time here and my family had a blast! The lines for stuff like the bumper carts on the weekends were decently long but it was worth the wait. All the employees were nice and one I could remember is Justin. He helped me around even during some of his break and you can see he puts lots of work in trying to keep everything clean. The rest of the employees were also hard working but Justin stood out most to me.
My family and I purchased the Platinum monthly pass and it is so worth it! We used to come here every so often with our three kids and they have a blast! We are a blended family so we have the kids off and on with different schedules so getting the pass allowed us to come whenever we want and with whatever kid combination that we have! With the pass whether we come for 30 minutes or 3 hours it is a great time. It pays for itself with the first visit! I love that you can reserve your times and the way they manage it makes it so you don't have a million people there all at once! I have two younger children so that makes it nice not to have to worry about them getting ran over! All of the staff has always been super amazing and helpful. And they have the patience of saints! We will definitely be purchasing the monthly passes when these ones expire!
My kids love it. The jumping, dodgeball, ninja course, and arcade are a lot of fun. It can be a bit wild, so it might not be a place for very young kids. Good for the price if all you want to do is jump. The food is standard amusement park fare, not great, not terrible. The arcade is expensive like all arcades. There is also lots of other activities in the building if you want to extend your stay but they all cost extra. Price for entry: $20 Ticket type: Standard jump pass
Absolute rip-off. I bought four of the $35 tickets online so we could do everything offered. We never got to do dodge ball due to the endless small children that were corralled in there by their parents. The climbing wall had one adult harness and many of the "rocks" were turned upside down and sideways. It was hit or miss on whether you'd have something to hold on to. I do recommend wearing your tennis shoes for the climb. Our passes allowed us unlimited laser tag. The vests were not charged. The two women at the desk blamed it on the previous day's shift. We got to play one game. There were maybe 15 vests total and there were only 3 that were 1/4 way charged. My husband and I gave up our vests for our two older children to continue playing. There was a fog machine in the laser tag area not in use. It would have made laser tag much better. Otherwise you're just running around in a black light filled room and easily visible even with barricades. The arcade is lackluster. Not many games to play and the tables for parties took up needed real estate. Those tables should have been placed anywhere in the unused rooms.. I would love a refund on my $157. We got took. Or at least a partial refund for the lack of laser tag.
This place is so fun and it has some cool places inside like a massge place that sells wellness items and a coffee beanary! Cant wait to visit again. Fun for kids and something for parents to check out
