They made me feel about 2 feet small. Horrible communication and kept me from funds they could have granted me access to. Lazy and rude. What they didn't know was that I had such a low balance because of dropping $10 g's on a family attorney to fight for my daughter and $5 on a 28k new buick and switching Union shops the week before opening an account. Shame on you US Bank Perkins. I'll take my 100 grand a year self to another bank as soon as the $400 for joining hits my account.
for the most part this place is great, but there is this old dried up teller who is absolutely miserable and refuses to cash a check and give a money order, her customer service is appalling and i despise her existence please fire her or burn her at the stake. thank you.
Been to the drive-through in Sandusky numerous times every time it’s at least 15 to 20 minutes wait with four cars in front of me.If you guys don’t have enough help please hire some more our time is important as yours is.

They where very racist and rude
I will never, ever go back to US Bank again. This past Spring, fraud was committed on my account. I was told to call Tech Support and nothing was done. I was told to contact the bank instead. Tech support is LAZY!!. Moreover, fraud was committed on another account that I DID NOT have access too. The bank teller stated that the account was in my name because I gave permission to have it in my name!! I NEVER, EVER did this. I lost most of my checking, and all of my savings. I JUST made a deposit for over $300 in my savings and that too was taken. No one listened, and my money was never recovered because my fraud case was denied to make me look like a liar, and I left this bank. I'm at a Credit Union now and much more happier. If you decide to use this bank, be careful and get credit protection, like Lifelock to keep your accounts safe because the bank will not!**** This past December 2022, I spoke with a representative named Ryan and explained what happened to my account. Ryan did EVERYTHING he could to prove fraud was committed, but the fraud could not be proven, and he sincerely apologized. He believed fraud happened to me. I will give 4 stars because of Ryan and Ryan only!! However, I still will not return to this bank, and I really, truly thank Ryan for everything****
