Little busy but the people working did a great job at getting my new service setup. They were easy to work with and enjoyed my visit. Photo was taken not to show the people.
After 10 months of problems with her phone, I accompanied my elderly mother to this location to once again, see if something could be done to get her an easy-to-use and working phone. Our representative, Megan Harlan went above and beyond for my mother. She is a true asset to U S Cellular and proof that people still matter. Thank you, Megan!
This US Cellular office was terrible. Went there because my child got locked out of her phone. There person that greeted us looked at it for like 2 minutes and said that there was nothing he could do that I had to take it to a repair place to get in. Do not recommend this location I will go to the other one from now on.

I drive truck in and around fondy. Includes the kettle moraine and the Holy land. I'm not impressed. I need Google maps. No internet half the time. Then I called service, well the lady sounded like I was bothering her. More money, phone is OK, T-mobile was just as good. Boost was cheaper and on the t mobile network. I had to get ayear contract with these clowns. I'm getting out of this nightmare
Edit: 4 years later, once again hours of waiting due to under qualified and short staffed. 2 reps, only one other customer, yet here we sit. I'm assuming the managers if even present, are just hiding back in their offices. Dealt with online and over the phone service recently and that is the way we will go from now on. The people who run this store clearly have no interest in keeping it open. Most accessories are "sold out" with no idea of when they will be back in stock and they have absolutely no interest in training their staff on the products they sell. They only know how to up-sell useless products and add-ons but can't even give an accurate answer to the costs that will be incurred. Us cellular as a whole is a pretty solid provider, but this location is an absolutely horrible representation of the company. Always terrible service and understaffed. Sitting for an hour and a half already and no end in sight.
Alex love waited on us. We didn't have the right plug with us to exchange our old phone and he explained that we needed it in order to upgrade. He was very kind and offered to change our phones over as far as he could while we went home and got the old charger. My husband made a comment that they should be giving him some sort of credit for his work, commission or something. He said very nicely, that's ok, I just enjoy helping people. We thought, what a great attitude! This gentleman should be paid well and shown appreciation. Great job Alex it was a pleasure being waited on by you!
The wait at this location is unbelievable. Plan on waiting at least 30 mins, up to an hour and a half. I recently went in to drop off a payment because I got it 2 days before due. I wanted a receipt, but was told to sign in and wait for the next available associate to help, upwards of a 30 minute wait time. Evidently the lady at the front counter doing NOTHING couldn't process a payment. They bend over backwards for new customers, but can't take care if their loyal ones. A terrible shame!
They lie. We made an appointment for a specific time, with a manager, then got to the store and were told we had to wait just to see the "next available sales rep." We were told some items would be free, and were then charged for them. NO clear explanation of changes in monthly payments And t hey were RUDE. DONT COME HERE!
