Absolutely horrible! I asked for 1 more GB to my plan for THE month which was quoted at 15.00 and now was billed permanently for 30 a month. There's some one whose obviously trying to dig down dirty and make the extra money! They can't keep anyone there for to long! Very por customer service!
Adam and Mark were so accommodating. They worked together to get me a new iPhone and case. Adam found me a better monthly deal plan for our family. He also called another store to get me the phone case I wanted. Then, he called me as soon as it was in - a day earlier than anticipated. Adam helped resolve an issue with my screen protector. VERY satisfied - AGAIN with the awesome customer service of this store. Thank you!

Worked here and all I can say is stay away.
Having a local Verizon I can go to I thought would be amazing. Over the past several years, I would say I have been in about a dozen times. Each time ending with me leaving with no answers and a non-working phone. The suggestion of upgrading my phone or calling Apple Care is not helpful. I will not return and be sure that I have let my peers know of my terrible experiences. Sad that I have to leave my town to get great customer service in Oshkosh.
