There is sign saying you should walk to check in and park your truck outside, but when you see that sign you are already at the gates, so you have to back up to the street and look for the parking there. When you are inside you will run there and back with BOL to just get the signature. Unloading itself took 3-3.5 hrs and they refused to unload perfectly good pallet. Whole facility is designed to make the drivers suffer.
I had a great delivery experience at this location, I had an appointment at 10 am but I checked in at 8 am and I was out by 10am with no Lumper Fee. Security assigned me a door right away, by the way securities are nice and helpful. There’s several things you need to know before arriving here. 1. You need to park in the street before checking in at security guard. Parking is only 2hrs 2. There are late fees if you get there late or if you need to reschedule. 3. When they call you to go in, back up into a dock and walk to shipping office with all your BOLs which there is a line and it’s only 2 ppl allowed inside office. 4. Take folder to lumper office outside of shipping. 5 wait for their call to see if you have to pay lumper.
Are you guys kidding me, Almost $500 to unload… and you still ask them how much they’ll be charging you, and they just say they won’t tell you until they’re finished unloading… I said ok that fine… Yes they won’t tell you because of they're ridiculous unloading fee.! PLUS BAD SERVICE.! They had me waiting for almost 6 7 hours.! Worst place ever, I’ll be making sure I don’t come back here again.!
Guard check-in at 6:38 am for 8:00 am appointment. Got a door at 11:00 am. Another hour was wasted in line just give my paperwork to the receiving office and then another 25 minutes in a lumper line. Was unloaded around 5:00pm. One star only for restroom and food truck. Hope never again. Almost forgot. Lady at the receiving office is super slow. Have no idea who hired her, but it was the dumbest decision.
Took an hour to get through the driver Checkin line alone. Whoever manages the office is clearly not qualified to run this place but no doubt everyone will know the correct pronouns to use when speaking to it. What’s even sadder is the check in clerks think they do a good job.
Minus 100 stars. Appt was for 0700. Got a dock at 930. Now is 1230 and still waiting for paperwork. Not coming back
Checked in 2 hours early. The guards were awesome. Got door 1 hour early and was out and rolling in 2 hours. Took longer to get paperwork and receipt for lumper then anything else. Seems they have it together.
Got an appointment for 5am. I checked in @ 2:51 am. Told me to parked outside there are Two hours parking signs That they'll call me with a door number. They called me @ 7:30 am only to tell me I'm not getting empty till next day. We lost a really, really good pickup for that day. Broker offered to paid $150.00. Please don't come here... You'll loose time, pickups, money, really, really good money and you may be getting a ticket for parking outside. No restrooms. No food.

Not to bad, the guards nice Veronica at desk in receiving , got Dorr 2 hours before appointment time, the longest part waiting on lumper for paperwork
