The worst. Those incomplete ladies if you want to call them that are ridiculous. Everyone pointing the finger at the other person and no one wants to help. Gave me a P.O. Box and they have yet to put mail in it. Even after my scan says it should be an arrival for mail there already. They returned a package for no address which clearly it was the dummies we the ones who assigned it to me but sent my child’s medicine all the way back to sc. And of course there’s no tracking information on it because the post office hires genuineness. The office needs a clean sweep of employees starting years ago I see. Train these people better
Mr. Washington was super helpful when I called to track down a forwarded package. USPS gets slammed with so much mail, so I u detestando things getting rerouted in the system. I’m just happy the people who work for USPS have been kind and friendly whenever I’ve had to find something that’s been mixed up in the system. Thank you Washington!
I've been coming here for over 5 years now. The staffs remains the same throughout all these years and they all have been very friendly every time. They’re quick, courteous.. but this location does have its flaws.. for those who are new to the neighborhood, here’s a few things you should know. -Hours of operation are shorter. -no DIY stamp station -no big bin drop offs the big silver one -no blue box drop off. Someone broke it last year but was never replaced
I ship one package to other country and paid for $93 for the 6-10 business days priority shipping. But I wait 3 weeks the packages return back to me .I went to post office ask refund , they said nothing refund to you . You can’t ship my package why you charge me $93 dollars ???
Excellent service and by far my favorite post office! Also, the evening staff is always helpful. 5/5
This is the best Post Office for friendly help and service. Mr. Washington really took time to educate me on how to transfer mail which is important to me because I travel a lot. A ton better than the Post office in 76006 where the lady gave me bad info then denied it and wanted to argue with me. Thanks Lawndale for always being there. They even return phone calls
I must say, I had previous bad experience but I returned after a while and they definitely made some better changes. The ladies attending the customers are more welcoming and helpful, can’t complain about anything anymore. I’m happy they finally listened.
They are still closed. They have been closed for almost 2 weeks. There is no internet service. The door has a handwritten "closed sign" taped on the door along with a note indicating the Manchester location is open. You can pick up packages/pick up mail at the mail door and access p.o. boxes. Several customers said they think the Lawndale location possibly be closing indefinitely.
Man working the counter there this afternoon is very short tempered. I stopped by with question about a passport application. I left and came back shortly after to ask a simple follow up and he immediately realized he was in over his head and started becoming rude and raising his voice, telling me to go take my question to some other place. Other customers there witnessed it and looked uncomfortable.
Always helpful and courteous! Glad the Post Office is still around, better service and price than FedEx, WAY better than UPS. Alla’y’all who keep mentioning the races of the folks helping y’all need to cut it out. That ain’t got a thing to do with the poor service you’re getting, and it makes me wonder if you got bad service because you made it plain how you feel about Black folks.
