The Eagle Point post office is pretty good. The facilities are nice and clean, and pretty straightforward. The employees seem like they know what they're doing, and are definitely more helpful than I have seen at other post offices. In any case, if you got a package to ship, or letters to mail, stop on by!
Always friendly helpful service. If there is a line it actually moves quickly which is rare at post offices each person that I've interacted with at the counter will actually have a conversation with you if you are the talkative type. The handsome gentleman that dresses to impress with all his snazzy vests is my favorite by far.-----Trying to get business done? Need to drop something off during your lunch break like me? Stressed out with holiday shenanigans? -This place will get it done.
I want to leave a special THANK YOU to Michelle she definitely deserves to know how hard of a worker she is!!! This SUPER kind lady helped me when I was in a definite need. I recently moved out of my apartment to a new house, and I had 2 packages being delivered, unfortunately due to me being vacant and not living there the tracker said they where going to be sent back to Amazon. I was in eagle point and the post office was closed off to the public. I saw Michelle on one of her routes she told me to meet her at the post office with my ID and she’ll bring out my 2 packages. She did not have to do this because it was a Saturday and the post office was closed to the public that day, and she helped me anyway saving me a huge amount of time and hassle from calling Amazon and trying to get my packages that I ordered resent to my new house. I REALLY can’t tell you how greatly I appreciate your kindness and willing to help me. Excellent customer service on display, thank you Michelle you rock!
I’ve been going to Eagle Point Post Office for the past eight years and the gentleman that used to work there was incredibly kind and informative as well as efficient! The past few times I have gone there there is a gentleman with the pinstripe suit, his customer service is not that great he does not make you feel welcome. Today I went in with an item to return that required special instructions which I had on paper in black-and-white and I told him that I just wanted to be sure I was sending the product correctly because of the special instructions, all he could say was “ I don’t know about your special instructions but this is how much it’s gonna cost“ he did not take a look at the paper or try to help me whatsoever it really just makes me not want to go there. All of us who work in customer service know how hard it is right now with people not wanting to work or those that are working hardly ever show up so when we are at work we should do our best to be happy and help our customers
They don't even try to deliver half the time, always rude, have to wait an additional day for all my packages and very rude when I have to go in. So sick of the immediate pick up notice on my informed dashboard, but they have the package with them on route???? If you can't deliver don't take it with you so I can get it from the post office. No brainer!
I love this place! It’s so personal & quaint. Have had a positive experience with literally every person I’ve come in contact with. The only reason it isn’t perfect is because I wish they had one of those USPS self-service computers for the weekend.
Always quick and easy process dropping off daily packages! Quick scan get my receipt and im on my way! They also had a package that was "undeliverable" there that i was still able to pick up. We just moved out here and hadn't installed a mail box yet so the postal carrier didn't deliver the package to our porch apparently that is their policy even though it was much to large for the mail box and they delivered multiple other packages with no issues lol. Overall 5 stars just because 1 mail carrier didn't deliver doesn't mean the rest haven't!
It really bewilders me that Eagle Point USPS only earns a 2.3 out of 5 stars. I've been there many times and the folks that work the front counter are professional, courteous, and quite industrious. In fact, I envy the work ethic these people have five days a week. If I had to deal with some of the people they do, I would be fired immediately. LOL. A++++ that's what the folks here deserve.
Terrible customer service!!! Rude and lazy employees. Stood in line and waited my turn like the rest, had a package that was supposed to be delivered today and it wasn't so I went to pick it up. Was told by the counter guy that my package was "buried under a huge pile to be delivered tomorrow and he would not find it for me". Said that if I wanted to wait until everyone was gone then he "might consider looking for it but likely not". To refuse to do your job you should not have one. You should be fired!!
The employees that work the front desk are amazing. Even with all the chaos they must be experiencing their customer service has never changed. Always friendly and will help with whatever you need.
