The worst service that has ever existed I’ve never had a easy time with usps the drivers mark packages as delivered and steal some out of the bunch and never stay up to consequences
Really bad experience! Its been over a year that I have not been receiving my mail & I have gone for about over 8 times & the manager is never available. I have lost multiple important documents, for example my license, I had to pay two times & sent my license to another address to receive it. My Truck title has gotten lost & was told that the USPS had sent it back to sender which they shred & have to pay once again to reorder it . Its been over a year & yet do not get a solution . WORST EXPERIENCE !
4:28:2022 Not sure if USPS will see this review. BUT a U.S. post office suv with the license plates startinf with JXF Was speeding today April 28,2022 at 5:35 am from express way and mccoll going at 80 miles per hour all the way until trenton Swerving and passing vehicles until he got to trenton And sugar I have the video on my Dash camera
Aside from this rude mailman constantly leaving the wrong mail in my mailbox. Today I was expecting a check and he finally shows up to drop it off and he just passed through not dropping anything off. Him thinking my vehicle was too to the mailbox was just an excuse not to drop it off because I've had my vehicle parked in the exact same place for years and it's never been a problem until today when he clearly sees a check in the mail. I saw him on the other side of the street and I walked over there with my baby and I asked him for my mail in person and he waved me off and sped off completely ignoring me and didn't even flinch about it. I have never in the years I've lived here ever had an issue but this man is completely out of line. He's an older man gray beard with a black mask on and sunglasses. He hates his job or something but that's not our problem. He wants to act high and mighty trying to knit pick when he leaves other people's mail in my mailbox. I'm calling tomorrow to file a complaint. Tired of rude people getting away with things.
This is the second time that I’ve been expecting a package. Check my email and it says it was delivered to front door and I check and theres nothing there at all. What is going on USPS? Where are my packages being delivered too?
The workers are always very friendly and efficient. Even when it is very busy, the line moves fast.
Entered to receive a package that the delivery driver either forgot to pick up from the facility or just straight up refused to drop it off because of laziness. The driver reported "a blockage" that didn't allow her to drop off my package but there was nothing in the way. When I was called next in line all the workers had an attitude. They gave me no time to explain my problem. They just got my package and called "next" for the person behind me to come up. I had no time to talk and to ask to file a complaint. The service here IS HORRIBLE. If you are so miserable working here, then look for another job.
Horrible service. I went right when it opened and there were no priority boxes or envelopes in the area meant to store them where it’s accessible to the public. Had to wait in a very long line twice, once to ask for a box then again to mail it as they wouldn’t allow me to quickly write the address on the box at the counter. When I informed the employee assisting me that they needed to refill the priority box station, I got no response from her. There was also a line of people waiting at the window for packages and no one would aid them despite ringing the bell several times. The employee assisting me had to call someone from the back, who was clearly visible behind the shelving, and she STILL never came to their aid. There were four employees there at the time, so there was no excuse for their lack of service and quite frankly, their rudeness.
I have a businesa in Edinburg TX. We have been having an issue with the mailman. He does not stop in our office to pick up outgoing mail, he just leaves the incoming mail in our outside box. Last month I caught him and asked him to mail several items for me. They were checks to Hidalgo County for property taxes. They were never received and now I have to cancel the checks and write new ones!
They tried to deliver a package, weren't able to, didn't leave no notice or anything. I rescheduled delivery and they never delivered my package! Edinburg USPS is the worst!! And they're always delivering at the wrong addresses
