Have been here several times to mail packages, pick up mail and to get a passport for my daughter. Never had any issues. The staff is always nice and friendly toward me and my family.
The lady working there is extremely rude. She made it a point to talk to you like you were dumb. We tried to get a passport photo done for our child, and the woman told my wife to come in on Tuesday at 1300. Then, my wife gets there and she’s told to come back at 1400. Then, she couldn’t do it because “she was alone”. We call to reschedule and all of a sudden they’re not “equipped” to take passport photos. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this location and this RUDE lady.
Shipped a heavier than normal medium sized flat rate box. The contents got swapped out!!! They take you insurance purchase right up front without ever asking for proof of value. Then, once you make a claim they make you do it online instead of in person from where you shipped it. After that, they shut you down without a receipt to prove the value of the contents you shipped. Why does it even matter what the contents cost, if I paid a certain value for increased insurance then that should be it. If it wasn’t for government funds, the USPS wouldn’t exist.
It seems like everytime I order a package, once it gets to this location its ALWAYS delayed. Also, if your expect delivery date falls on a Friday, dont expect to get it. You'll get a notice of failed delivery before you get the package which makes you have to go pick it up. Been here 2 months and this has happened to me for 3 different packages already. Here are two different notices 2 weeks from each other, both for a friday delivery. And to top things off, the staff will be extremely condescending and rude when you ask them about your package.
Very rude staff. I had to mail important documents and am not very knowledgeable on the different shipping methods. I asked the lady working for assistance. She repeatedly gave me attitude and got very agitated with me for asking questions. I’m sure I was being respectful speaking with her so I’m not exactly sure why she was acting this way.
Staff is rude. I dont recommend going if you don't have to.
Rude staff. Interrupts you at every sentence, talked over when I tried to explain the whole issue I was having. Would love to know how they didn't have a package yet it was scanned to their location.
This place is horrible. The delivery driver messes up the delivery every time. My packages don't get delivered to me they get delivered to another mail box. I have to go into the post office every time one of my packages says delivered because they are never delivered to me.

Never crowded, easy to pop in and send a package
