I have never been the type to leave a review but the customer service from SARAH at this post office location is absolutely atrocious. She should not be working with people at all.  If she doesn’t feel like doing her job she will simply deny you and tell you to return at another time even when the post office is completely empty and you can hear a pin drop. That was the worst experience I’ve ever had within any customer service setting in my entire life. I know it’s difficult to get anything accomplished when the government is involved but seriously this was the most miserable and rude person I have ever encountered.

I highly recommend this facility. Very helpful and caring. They will do everything they can to serve you the best way possible. My experience was very satisfactory and I’m glad that really nice people with big hearts works there. Sarah was very patient and answered all of my question. Thank you so much

If I could leave zero stars I would.  The two women I encountered there last week were the rudest, most unpleasant people.  My husband and I had appointments for our kids to get passports.  Our appoinment window was 45 min long so as to leave enough time to process all 3.  We hit unexpected traffic and we were about 12 min late.  The two women glared at us, reprimanded me stating that the notification says we should be there early it does NOT.  I apologized profusely and asked if they would still proceed.  They did but then then entire time proceeded to huff and make comments to each other about how they should have sent us away.  That would have actually been better - if they had respectfully told us they couldn't complete it, we would have rescheduled.  Intead, they spent the entire time being miserable.  The entire appointment to process all three applications took less than 15 min.  We still ended up leaving before the end of our scheduled time. My children got to witness government employees treating their parents like garbage.  These two should not be in a customer-facing position EVER.  After reading the other google reviews, I cannot understand how they are still allowed to interact with customers - a disgrace! Taxpayers deserve to be treated with dignity while utilizing goverment services that we fund and support.

I understand working in customer service can be tiring and aggravating. However, I also understand that you decide where you work and if you’re unhappy with your career choice you should seek other opportunities. The miserable, and ignorant behavior that is CONSTANTLY given there is ABSOLUTELY insane. I can not believe that this is even allowed and nothing is done about it.  This is unacceptable, you shouldn’t feel nervous visiting your local USPS because you’re worried about getting treated like garbage when you visit. Please change your attitudes. It is so EXHAUSTING putting up with it.

We are not receiving our mail nor is mail in my flagged box being taken. My bills sat in myneibors box till he returned from Florida today and he brought it too us.  Tis is becoming more than inconvient but causing bills to be delayed!

I have gone over a week without receiving mail recently and service has been sporadic at best for the last 6 months, receiving mail at most 4 days per week.  I would not trust them with a single letter, let alone delivering a package in a timely manner.

Several times now my packages are not delivered and when I call, the automated service tells me that they are being held for pickup and to come pick them up between 8:30-5 before a certain date or they will be returned. Well most people work those same hours. Twice now I have left work early to retrieve my packages and are then told oh yea that route is now out for delivery so expect them by 9pm tonight. If they are going to re-delivery the packages then that’s what the status should be, not being held for pickup. I am done driving 40 minutes for nothing! Then the woman at the window said to me “well…. Do you want a job?” Unbelievable!

I've tried twice to get a passport book for my children with them. They don't give clear information and they don't answer the phone. I won't ever get anything done with them. Worst customer service ever! Pick another location so you  can avoid the long faces and horrible attitude.

You professionals, At the Clarks Summit18411 post office you assured me that my packages would be delivered to their destinations by 6:00 p.m. today...WRONG  Go Chinchilla/South Abington Township post office folks! You are the best

The girl at the desk with the blue hair shouldn't work with the public if she gaslights her customers and act like she does no wrong with her job. She is very rude and makes a fuss when you ask her to go check something for you when you have a package ready for pickup. Apparently thats too much work for her. Also telling people "do you want a job here?" is unprofessional and rude to tell people. Tell me you don't like your job without telling me you don't like your job. You don't tell people that and expect to get positive feedback. I'm very fed up with driving back and forth just to be gaslighted by this person. I'm not the only one who's dealt with this person's behavior and you can see it in in the reviews. The only people that don't mind doing their job is the package sorters in the back. Also they're nice.
