Mailed off a time sensitive piece of important mail for my attorney directly from the post office on June 21st that was due on June 28th, it's now August 4th and it never arrived to its designation. Unacceptable!
My package was in my city of Westland and then send over to Plymouth so could be sent back to Detroit to be sent back to Westland to hopefully get delivered when I had a guaranteed delivery of today but yet nobody could seem to pull it off the truck and make it happen seems like a waste of resources and time for all parties involved and we wonder where our tax dollars are going to waste gas driving packages halfway across the county to drive it all the way back again great job waiting for postmaster to call won't hold my breath
I have been going here often since I have moved back to Michigan and I have always had good experiences here. USPS is still going through a rough time with the awful person installed as PMG who tried to ruin the USPS. The employees and entity has encountered many issues that were purposefully created in the fall of 2020 and haven’t yet been able to be fully rectified. The employees are doing the best they can and I appreciate all that they do.
Rented a PO BOX here and the team was very efficient and knowledge to their job duties. Mail was delivered to box in a timely manner and the location is always clean and stocked. I just closed the box due to my sales territorial changes.

I put my mail on a one month old went to pick it up and nobody has any idea where my mail is a Whole 30 days worth of mail they cannot find and I am still waiting and it's been 10 days and nobody has contacted me back to tell me that they found my mail they just keep passing the buck very very upset
They were laughing at an older Asian couple that asked for their help because they spoke broken English. Everybody that was waiting in line looked at eachother like “is this really happening”.
Got a package sent to me, the carrier left it on my neighbors porch my neighbor stole it and usps has not fixed it.
I ship live axolotls usually every Monday morning. Nice employees! Never had any real issues. Some packages were delayed but of course they were fine because I package them very, very well.. Recently the USPS had lost two packages in the recent months not this location but when shipping and sorting out. Costing me money & headaches in the long run due to delays. At least my customers were understanding customerss
