Your mail carrier left a key in our mailbox but it will not work in the package box. Get someone to open the package box so we can get our package please! and your on line service sucks!!
Who is delivering the mail for View Rd Apartment 93230? I can no longer stand it. My bank statement ended up in neighbors box. This happens a lot, But I think we should be able to trust our personal mail to make it in our box. I deliver mail to neighbors and they deliver me. HELP
Received a notice that a package had arrived, the package had been scanned as delivered, the package had either been placed in another box or someone took the package. After I notified the post office and they took several days to supposedly, look for the package, I was informed that they could not locate the package. The only explanation that I got was that employees were human, made errors, and they were sorry. I never received the package and the loss was mine. Getting a package in the right mailbox doesn’t seem to be a very difficult task to achieve, but in this case appeared to be. To the person that received the package and did not return it...you are a thief!!!
Good people with all the services youd expect from a post office. Though i had my W2 & 1095G mailed to me and neither ever arrived even after multiple times being sent to me. Mail often disappears with USPS.
The postal carriers are told that it is ok to walk across your property even if they were asked by the owner to please use the sidewalks.Post master said that they could do whatever they want and if we talk to the carrier he will with hold our mail.He stared that if I put up a fence he will with hold our mail.I have been waiting for a pkg for 3 days and the carrier walks past my home with out delivering it.I know he has it because of the e-mails that I received.The Post master is John Reese.He is a bully to his employees and to the public.The office workers inside the post office are very helpful.This post office needs new management.
Mail service is unacceptable. I’ve received multiple neighbors mail and I’ve had them receive ours. While most neighbors are honest like myself some are NOT! I’ve been patiently waiting on a check for a weeks, the mail delivery driver once again put my bills and check in the wrong mailbox. The neighbors who received my mail happened to be on vacation so my bills were late 1st time ever and I had to call the company who issued the check to stop payment and reissue another check another long wait completely unacceptable.
When I requested a mailbox key, they were amazing and fast, even came out to get me my mail while I waited for my new lock and keys to arrive. A package was lost and they went above to locate it even had the mailman go out and make sure it wasn't in the wrong box. amazing service! best post office I've been to
This location has lost three of my packages.
I mail packages 3 days a week and they're always so helpful. They also always find the less expensive way to ship my packages and still get there quickly. The wait is never long.
Tracking said my package was out for delivery on Saturday at 8 am. Its now Tuesday with no update on where my package is. Don't even bother calling because they're always "busy". I also get neighbors mail all the time.
