I would give 0 stars if I could. Submitted my address change 6 weeks and it got deleted from the system. I still don’t know where all my mail went. If anyone knows how to file complaint with usps, please let me know.
They always come up with some excuse as to why they can't deliver your package or why they accidentally delivered it to the wrong house. Please use FedEx or UPS if you actually want to receive any of your deliveries. Here we are 2023 and they still can't seem to do their job. At this point I wonder if the employees are stealing the packages.
Lost my mail again. Update, came in to pickup packages, lady at counter was helping customer who's mail they lost. She was so rude to him. They either steal our mail or deliver to the wrong address half the time. It's unfortunate that we have to rely on these people. Update...lost mail again. I will never ship packages with them again.
Had a very nasty experience with the current manager “Cassandra” . Very rude and not in uniform. Could have been anyone off the street. Her or one of her employees stole one of my packages. I never had this happen before with a carrier. She should be fired immediately. She tried to give me a very bogus lie about my package with no proof to back up her false claims. Be very careful. USPS as a company should investigate her.
They rarely scan prepaid label items that you drop off so tracking is impossible. Last 12 months has been good but before that our delivery man reported 3 packages delivered to our local locked mailbox but we never received them.... tried to complain to the “postmaster” about a year ago but nothing changed.
I don't know what I have to do to get the mail man to take my outgoing mail. This is twice, obviously there is a letter going out that's in the mailbox with postage. The first time took a week for them to pick up. And even after a hand written not taped to the inside of the mail box. Now this is the second time going on day three. They put junk mail in but don't pay attention to the outgoing mail. This is not the first time. I had my bank card temporary shut off due to returned mail. I've lived here for over a year... why are they returning my mail back to the bank! I don't tend to get upset but when I pay for a service I kinda expect a little more attention to details.
Made a complaint about lost and or stolen and mis-delivered mail and the supervisor there totally disregarded the fact and stated “her carriers would never do that”. This just shows the incompetence of how they run things at this post office. Especially if the manager there will not take responsibility to do her job and look into the matter. I wish they would be customer service orientated and not power struggle.
I was sitting in my house this morning at 7:34 and heard something fall hard outside, I looked over my shoulder and saw the postal worker walking away. This is unexceptionable that postal service does not know if that package was breakable this is not the first time this has happened. Last year I placed an order that had some items that should have been handled with care however, when I received my order two of the items was broken and I had to contact the company for replacement. This is not fair to me or the company something has to be done these workers need to have pride in there work and not disgruntle and taking it out on the public. I think I they should hire more workers so that this doesn’t happen in the future.
Worst USPS EVER! Please do NOT give them your business! Went to go pick up my package because it was marked "insufficient address" on the tracking number, and they told me to leave because they were about to close in 15 minutes and they claimed they did not have my package. They had it for another 3 days before sending it to the return address! When the sender called to complain to the PostMaster about having to pay AGAIN to ship this same package that they could have given it to me because I tried to pick it up, he put her on hold for ten minutes before saying "yeah, there's nothing I can do, sorry." and hung up. Do NOT give them your business!!!
Constantly receive mail from other addresses and past residents. Tried talking to someone about it but they were no help. Also packages constantly arrived damaged or broken. There will be days that mail is not delivered to anyone on our street. When I called I was threatened to have my mail put on hold. The mail person is also extremely hostile and aggressive.
