Building is swelteringly hot. Sweating just being inside for a few minutes. Not sure what kind of person would put their employees through the heat in there, but it was very uncomfortable as a customer.
I’ve been waiting on an update on my delivery all day, no updates, no help, no answer as to where my package is or anything. This place is a joke
Was not told package delivery would require a signature, however when I went to the post office at the end of the day after scheduling a customer pickup for the following day, the manager was nothing but kind when trying to find my package even though I wasn't supposed to be picking it up until the next day, and they were able to get it to me before they closed. Only negatives are the aforementioned lack of communication and having only one person staffing the front counter at one of the busiest times of the day.
Always late with my packages. At one point refused to give me my package even though I called support multiple and the manager never called me back despite calling 3 times and being told they would call me to sort it out. They need to hire people who aren't lazy.
Had a package to return to shipper. package after 11 days has still not been delivered and according to tracking number it was picked up by the shipper on the 4th. I sent something else by UPS and standard ground service it was received in 48 hours, i should have ignored the shipping label and sent it UPS. Will never ship with the post office ever again, won't allow zero stars
I took the day off today to wait for the mail person since my mother is partially deaf a note I added to a perviouse slip I signed for. While I understand that my signature wasn't accepted, there was absolutely no attemt to knock. I was home. I hear things exceeding well and anyone in my machine shop will tell you this.
For some dumb reason they switched the package delivery at the last second
I expect nothing from USPS, and yet I'm somehow let down every time I order something. It took me a week to get a package from Canton because it somehow ended up in Indianapolis and was stuck in Pittsburgh for over a day. Packages take anywhere from 6-24 hours to move at all, and tracking information updates very slowly.

Like almost every transaction I have ever had with the post office, it was absolutely horrible. They did not leave the package even after a form was properly filled out. Their website is unresponsive and not user-friendly. Same goes with their phone system even when you have issues and it does not recognize your voice and does not give you a manual input option, it will not connect you to help. It offered to let me leave a survey which when I try to I was disconnected. I will now drive in there personally to pick up my package multiple days after it should have been delivered in the first place, I cannot stress how horribly bad this entire system and company is, and the lack of care expressed anytime there is an issue which is often. Next time I will not purchase from the company I bought from who only offered US PS as an option, and I am about to let them know the reason why as well. Hopefully they do with my company did which is fully discontinue use of the post office.
