I went for a passport appointment for my one-year-old, and the staff were all really friendly and patient with him and me. We had to take a new photo, and they were so nice with him. The staff made an otherwise stressful appointment very easy and pleasant!

Five stars to the two ladies who make this USPS the best I’ve ever been to. I saw the reviews and decided not to risk a bad experience going elsewhere…the reviews are 100% accurate. These ladies are so sweet, really patient, and just everything that customer service businesses should seek to be. I walked in and looked around because I wasn’t sure what services applied to my scenario, and I was genuinely asked if I needed help. And, despite my questions and neediness, the lady at the counter was so patient and helpful. Wow! I wish I got her name. This USPS is cream of the crop. I left in a way better mood than I entered. Great job, ladies! Thanks for the positivity and brightness!

I went to the Annapolis Junction location to renew passports. Quinetta was so patient and thorough, making the process very smooth. The gentleman taking the photos was great, too! Great customer service at this location!

I've never had a good experience at a post office - until going to this one.  The staff are so friendly, helpful, and kind!  There's never a long line - they are so efficient.  This will be my go-to local post office that I will be going to from now on!

This was the best USPS experience I've ever had. Qunetta and Sarah were so kind, welcoming, and quick. My visit was full of smiles and laughter from both employees and customers alike. My trip was quick, painless, and even fun. I wish all shipping experiences were this awesome!

This USPS location is a gem amongst the Post Offices! They employ patient, friendly people that are willing to help you even if it causes them to do extra work.  None of the above should be overly surprising but, for a Post Office, it is!

Loved the experience here. Got my passport  stuff taken care of at this location. They are so sweet and professional. They made me feel like I wasn't even a Customer. Once everything was taken care of I didn't even want to leave, Jeff took care of my passport stuff he's a real down to earth guy , he really made me chuckle, Mrs Theresa was very professional and humble. I drove out of my way for this post office and I'd do it again. I really loved these guys
