If I could give a zero star I would. First off today I received a notice in the mail that a delivery attempt was made and I needed to go pick up my package. I was sitting on my porch when the mail person came and they never got out to attempt to deliver my package. Secondly one of the post office people has a non federal “assistant” that rides with her that is illegal. Thirdly my mail is delivered to a neighbor pretty frequently. Last but not least the post office hours are inconvenient for anyone to get there.
Mail carrier leaves mail outside on porch in weather, when the mailbox is totally empty.... makes no sense. Called to express my displeasure but that did absolutely no good. This is still happening.
Our postal carrier has stopped delivery packages. She is claiming that it's because of our dogs, but we have had these dogs for 4 years. When I called the supervisor she is rude and today hung up on me when I asked if the change is due to the carrier racially profiling our family. We have had ongoing issues with our mail service not being delivered, rude workers, etc. We are filing a complain with the Greensboro Post Master as well as the Inspector General for the USPS.
If your expecting a package to be delivered you might as well not count on receiving it that day. Rather, you’ll have to go inside the next day within the 5 hour window they are open to pick up your package. Our courier pre writes the pink slips and sticks them in the mail box whenever their is a package instead of leaving it on the porch. This is by far the worst post office I’ve ever had. I’ve started paying extra for UPS and Fedex, at least I know I’ll receive my packages the day I’m supposed to. Joke of a post office..
This post office is so unprofessional compared to most. You go in there, ask for a service to be done it takes longer than usual. I’ve scheduled numerous pick ups at my home and most of the time they are picked up but about every two months I have packages that are ignored. I tried to call 4 times yesterday about my packages not being picked up and I never got an answer. I dread anytime that I have to go in this post office. Unfortunately, it’s the closest one to my home. They really need to step up their customer service.
Terrible service. The mail carrier has lost 3 of my packages in the last month. I will celebrate the day USPS will no longer be a thing because their lack of customer service and professionalism has permanently lost me as a customer.
Absolutely terrible, numerous times I have caught the delivery driver refusing to deliver packages. I have gotten the notification from the website that they “attempted “ to deliver, and because I live 2 minutes from this office, I’ve driven up there and picked up my packages..most of the time the delivery driver is still at the mail boxes...and another thing, more often than not, because I signed up for their service where they send you an email of what’s being delivered today, what mail I’m supposed to get isn’t even there till days later...I’ve honestly stopped checking the mail but once every couple weeks it’s so bad..this is by far the worst post office I have ever had to deal with. I happily pay the extra to use fedex or ups because of this specific post office. Oh and don’t bother filing any complaints because nothing ever gets done about it.
You wonder why people are frustrated wit the US Postal Service. This location only works 25 hours a week and gets a 2 hour lunch break! Can someone explain why? Most folks work 40 hour a week!
Seriously every post office I been to in NC is trash but this one in particular is the worse, mail man “attempts” to deliver mail but how did he fail? I don’t live in a gated community? I live in a open field it just boils down to laziness, iv seen him leave packages on TOP of the mailbox while it’s raining or just leaving the envelopes where ever. Seriously do better. Or shut down
THE worst postal carrier and post office i have ever had in my life! i have 2 videos of the carrier throwing my packages against my house and NEVER leaving her car! I have went to see the postmaster whom is NEVER There! if you can not have any better service then you should just shut it down!
