If there were zero stars the USPS would get that. Why can’t these people just do their jobs? I have a package currently MIA at the hands of the USPS that made it all the way to Gonzales from Ukraine, of all places. The war with Russia is tragically going on over in Ukraine, the package makes it all the way to Gonzales, out for delivery, only to be informed that there was “no access.” USPS cannot deliver my package because there was “no access.” As if! This is a lie! I got one other package and some envelopes, junk mail, whatever. Why were those pieces of mail delivered if there was “no access?” These mail carriers do what they want how they want. They don’t answer to anyone or any thing. I’m so sick of having broken items and lost mail at the hands of these people. I tried to return for refund an item to a company located in Florida. The company never received it so that was a 100 buck flash in the pan. USPS said , “sorry.” They are about as sorry as I am for stepping on a roach. So disingenuous! These people are disgraceful. So, tomorrow I’m going to this post office , probably in vein, to see if they have my package. Otherwise, I’m sure it’s lost to the winds. This is very nefarious. Why is my package undeliverable citing “no access” when the other pieces were delivered.? Zero, zero, zero stars. Does anyone of substance read these posts? I’m sure not because then someone would have to actually care.
I have had packages not delivered before but never had I experienced the worker stealing my package that I mailed. I went into the Gonzales office and mailed a package, it was a wedding bouquet for my future daughter in law. The package was never scanned out of the Gonzales location. I think it’s awful that the postal workers can steal your items and nothing be done about it. If it was never scanned out of that location you should have my package in the office, but the postmaster just said “ we can’t find it”. That bouquet is something that was not replaceable, I’m very disappointed and will never trust the Gonzales post office with anything. Horrible management of the items entrusted to them. I am heartbroken over this.PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH ANYTHING OF IMPORTANCE TO YOU.
My mail is only delivered 1 or 2 days a week. I get bills past their due date. I wait on packages that never come and are returned to sender. This is the worst post office I have ever dealt with. But all the drivers make sure they are out on Sundays delivering Amazon for the overtime. By far the worst service I have ever gotten
If I could give it 0 stars I would. The mail carrier either loses it, delivers it to the wrong house or puts it in someone else’s mailbox/parcel!!! Today I tried to get their attention and they sped off. I’m so tired of it!
Believe it or not, I had a great experience here. I'm basing this review on my own experience and not that of previous reviews. I'm pleasantly surprised and appreciative. I mailed out two packages without any issues. There wasn't much of a wait, just a few minutes waiting on about three people in line. Check Google Maps for hints on peak or slow business hours. Sure was helpful to have that shelf available for heavy packages while I waited my turn. Postal employees were prompt, friendly, and professional. Receipts show your tracking number to verify your packages arrive on time.
Usually mail gets delivered timely. Our carrier is always courteous and professional. Mail is undelivered for two days now. Reason given when checking tracking is "No Access". Post office rep says post master canceled delivery due to darkness. I understand that mail volume has certainly increased and this may be the case on the first day, but why not have carriers start the next day where they left the route the day previous. It seems like this would result in only a one day delay for mail customers instead of the several days of undelivered mail that are now being experienced for customers at the end of a carrier's route. During these times of staying home and social distancing, people are relying on the mail service for delivery of medical necessities, time sensitive documents, and important business correspondence. The USPS must be sensitive to this and employ post masters who are competent enough to manage their post offices. It is important that they remain aware that their customers are relying much more now on mail delivery than they ever have in the past.
I can call all day long and they never answer the phone at this branch. The tracking number shows it arrived at the Gonzales post office 4 days ago and it is still not here. The tracking says it is waiting to deliver a different way????
They are misplacing mail & putting mail In the wrong boxes. Then tell me they don’t know where it is or could be. Informed delivery showed it would be there but it’s been over two weeks. Smh ‍ LAZY WORKERS !!!! Zero stars
Our family was home all day on Friday and it was because we had a very important document being shipped. Once again, they refuse to get out of their car we live in a brand new subdivision, nice and safe, paved and clean and just throw a pink slip in the box! Supposed to be redelivered.. 3 days later, nothing! So it's off to search for a package I paid good money for to be delivered. If I don't go retrieve it though, they'll just send it back and take more money from my pockets and add more frustration and delay. 3rd time dealing with this... it's really getting old! How are you guys even running?!? In all my years living in AR 20 + we had not one mail issue. Move here and in 1 year we are running out of fingers and toes to count on :[ come on, guys..
Absolutely horrendous. If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Constantly having to pick up our packages due to "an incorrect address" when the previous owner of the house had no problems for 13 years at that address. No other delivery service has trouble finding our address. I've called 7 times today and the call was never answered. Now, they have disconnected the phone number or taken it off the hook. Looks like I'll be making another trip up there after work to get a package I paid to be delivered to our house.
