August 21st will be my first day at this outdoor gym in North Hollywood on lankershim boulevard. I gave it four-star because it has everything that an indoor gym would have, today was just to pay my $94 and do a walk-through and I can cancel anytime once my gym reopen. No contract involved.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I never ever ever do online reviews but this is the absolute WORST gym ever. Signed up for the 2 week promo and was told I could cancel before the 2 weeks were up. Came in 3 times to cancel and each time they said they needed a manager present. I came in more than once different times of the day and still ended up playing hide and seek with the manager Alejandra . Oh but it gets worse. They tell me that I’m locked in a 12 month contract and I can’t even get out. Mind you I’m informed of this before the 2 week grace period is up. Not only that there’s a ton of heading fees. I’ve been paying almost $50 a month which was supposed to had been a payment of 24.99. I’m sure some admin is probably gonna respond on herewith some B.S. apology or excuse like I’ve been receiving since November. I haven’t even touched any of the equipment in the facility. I don’t want anymore apologies I just want my money back and my account cancelled!!! Do yourself a favor guys and go to 24 hour or LA fitness. Anyone but these guys. Sincerely A irate customer

I was very excited that i will be a ble to train in the morning again. They open at 7AM on Saturday which I think is late for a gym. I got there at 7:23AM and there are people waiting outside. As it turns out the gym is still closed. I waited for another 20 minutes and no one has come to open the gym... I am pretty sure there is a logical and reasonable explanation for the person not showing up on time today. I just hope it will not be like this moving forward. The gym has better equipment than planet fitness and closer to my house. I agree on some reviews that the parking lot should have more lights. Employee, i gave not encountered anyone that is not nice or rude. But again I just signed up 2 days ago.

I was very excited having new gym opening close to my house, on July 25, I saw their rant and promotion to join in now and pay only 1 dollar for the first month. So I did and I was told that the gym will open in five day in August first, than I was told it will open August 10, and again it will open on August 17, when I explained that now the us fitness gym should activate my membership on the date they open since they not really sure when they will open. I was told that I can start work out on the 17, and I will get piled out on the 25, and that they gave a great deal by letting me join with $1 only. Mean while I paid one dollar to work out for a month in gym while it is closed. Not a good sign and it will be a rough year.

Don’t not sign up I’m telling you right now. They are scammers. I tried to cancel my membership for the past year but they always making excuses. They are still charging me after they clarified that it was canceled. I talked to the owner over the phone & he still didn’t care. Just told me that he will call them & take care of it & will give me a call back. Never did I called him & I guess he blocked my number. I had to cancel my bank account. This gym is a no go from me.

I love how well I've been treated regarding my fees while I've been laid off. I've never had such compassionate treatment from a Gym. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a gym. I also enjoy their steam room. Not too many gyms include that. I wouldn't mind having a jacuzzi or pool also but I'm happy enough with the sauna and steam room. What I really want them to include are towel hooks in the women's shower area. I currently have to hang my towel over a chair. Who doesn't include towel hooks in the shower area? Lol

I love this gym, and the service provided. The gentlemen Luis signed me up and when I have the opportunity to come to workout I do. The costumer service is great. The machines are always available to my friends and I. I don’t know why the yelp reviews inform us with many bad reviews I think the complete opposite of this gym. I highly recommend this gym to everyone.

I hope my review will be helpful. this place need to be burnt in hell! extremely bad service, very unprofessional ! If you call to cancel they will hang up on you 3 times before you get to speak to somebody. If you cancel They will try to charge you as much as they can even if you don’t sign contract . I was offered everything waived if i get protein shake for manager . He literally asked for the shake so he can waive enrollment fee and skip contract. is that how your policy works? but when it comes to charge a customer for whatever their policy works just fine! I am extremely disappointed and i highly DO NOT recommend this place. I’m not alone. There are so many people who they hurt. all this pain will get back to them ! Karma is overseeing.

While the gym looks nice and has more potential than planet fitness not to far from this gym. They opened august 24 when they were supposed to open in the beginning of July. I've already been billed for a month and while I did receive a good deal, the unprofessionalism here is high. Between the "it's opening next week" I received about 5 times each a different week to the "it's a inconvenience we couldn't for see so nothing we could do about it". This place just doesn't know how to treat their customers. I don't want to dismay you from checking it out just be very cautious if you do. Make sure your explained if your going under "contract" or "no contract" cause every worker there seems to have different stories.

PLEASE NEVER go that gym ever They will charge you whenever they want and whatever they want. The first time I went to the gym told them I want have ONE MONTH membership and the price is 29.99. Then the next month they charge me 37.99 plus 29.99. I went to gym ask themthey said they will keeping charge me 6 months until September. Then last night they just charge me 29 plus 49 what's the 49 dollar mean And last month they charge me at 21ththis month they charge me at 16th…… WhateverI just call my bank paid 30 dollars service fee let that gym can not get my money anymore. And I won't go there anymore also
