I enjoy seeing my therapist, Rebecca, because she makes me feel safe and understands what I am going through.  I love that she gives me additional information, whether it is a website, podcast, and/or links, to utilize during the course of my therapy. I know I am being seen as an individual and not just a statistic. And just a side note, she loves Edgar Allan Poe like I do!
