This place was my first personal contact with USCIS officers. I was there for my Biometrics appointment as early as 8am, never knew the deal will start late at 11am, after travelling all the way from Huntsville Alabama. Beautiful young ladies I saw that day in 2018 working as USCIS officers tho, Customer care services was topnotch. Travelling back to Huntsville Alabama was fun.
Went to get biometrics done for Canadian visa, I dont have words to describe how helpful the staff was, both ladies were really helpful and went above the means to help me. I really appreciate their help.
Well, for my first time visit, I'd say the two workers there were very friendly. I had some trouble finding the actual suite since all the numbers are mixed for some odd reason but after walking around the whole building, the entrance is literally next to the locations entrance, first floor: suite 106, should be 2nd door from the right. The first lady that receives the paper works was kind and the lady that took my biometrics was simply wonderful. Now I was a bit nervous since most of the reviews mentioned a rude security staff, but today everyone was in a good mood. Also the door does mention no cellphones, firearms, bags, the usual rules, so I left my cellphone in the car thinking it was prohibited, but cellphones are allowed as long as its completely turned off or on silence and usage is prohibited. Also I guess depending on the security staff bags are allowed as the two ladies in front of me had a large handbag. So I don't know what to say about taking handbags with you or not, sorry. There were hardly any people there so I lasted probably about 8-10 minutes there, which to my surprise was extremely fast. I suffer from extreme anxiety/ antisocial phobia, but was relieved to be greeted by friendly people. I hope my next visit goes as smoothly as today.
Went here today for my appointment. I arrived 30 minutes early cause I know how immigration offices can be with wait times. I was greeted by a friendly security guard and was instructed to have a seat. I was seen in less than 10 minutes after my arrival. Every staff member I interacted with was very friendly and professional. My appointment was speedy as well. I was in and out in no time. I wish all immigration offices were this efficient, speedy, clean and had such a friendly staff. Very impressed.
Staff were really nice, but the security was so rude, yelling with threatening tone because we didn't know about the no-bag policy, which she clearly didn't warn us ahead of time. Put a big sign somewhere people can see CLEARLY those policies about no cell and no bag. Yet this security expects applicants know something we don't and are certainly not kind to remind us gently about them.
Pleasant experience. When i walked in the security asked me for my appointment letter, he stamped it and then i went to sit down. My appt was at 8am, took about 15 minutes for them to attend me. The lady was nice she asked for my appt notice and my residency card and took my fingerprints. There was 4 people infront of me when i got there.
As noted by others, THEY HAVE A NO BAG POLICY that try don't tell you about. If you are not arriving by car this is a problem. I'm pretty sure car ownership is not required for immigration purposes... Security were unhelpful. Other staff were nice. The numbers at the main entrance on Beacon Parkway only list the 600s but this is the same place. They need to update numbers as I went straight past initially.
The security guard is rude. The lady at the main counter is nice and cooperative. I don't like it that they do not allow bags inside.
I love giving 5 stars and sometimes I enjoy just giving one however I never like to give an in-between but this one definitely get some in between the security agent at the desk was probably being as nice as she could be with us but as to why they have to be so nosy and be so ugly about asking simple questions is beyond me
Very bad experience here, this Center was empty with literally 0 applicants but the manager at this location did not allow me for early walk-in and complete my Biometrics as I had an emergency travel; she refused to consider my request. I will not go to this center again.
