Usps Bellevue Carrier Annex

All they do is lose package,it's too annoying, and when u call to ask about the package they act like it's a problem. They said they didn't have my package and then I went in person and a guy found it real quick. And they say its delivered and it's not. I don't even leave reviews,but they deserve it!!

These guys stole my money for not delivering my express package in 2 days. I paid about $30. It said 'Money Back Guarantee' and they failed to deliver. In fact, they made the receiver to get the package from the annex after they failed to deliver. They also got caught lying by saying the place was closed even though they never even came. The place was wide opened. They just didn't come and lied that the place was closed. When I confronted them, they just said they don't know. Because they have nothing else to say. According to other victims who left a review here, obviously these guys do this all the time. I simply cannot believe these guys still get paid for what they are doing. Absolutely horrible and sad that usps in my town has to be like this.

Rang the bell 4 times over the course of 30min. Then started reading the reviews and went to the loading dock and found someone to help. Note to self, next time just head into loading dock and find someone to help you. Horrible waste of time.

No accountability for losing your packages and lying that they were delivered. It said delivered to parcel locker. I called Parcel Pending. They said USPS never even made a single delivery to a parcel locker that day. The government is allowed to blatantly lie to you, apparently. And there’s nothing you can do about it.

Community mailboxes are broken/stolen recently so had to pick up my mails here. It was a fast service took less than 5min Saturday morning and no complaint at all!

Service is terrible. A lady clerk was aggressive and doesn't know how to do customer service. It's good for her that she work at government job. even though she offers bad customer service, she can keep the job till retire. Look at all the customer's reviews of this post office. customers are not happy with this post office.

Not a beautiful facility, but I came in on a saturday afternoon and received prompt and friendly service. I can in a bit worried about what to expect and left with a smile.

I arrived early to retrieve a package for my son, who had noted me as his representative on the form. The clerk unlocked the door on time, and then took my form. The facility opens at 9:00 am and I start work at 10:00 am near Kelsey Creek Bellevue so I was really on edge. However, she found the package within 15 minutes and I made it to work on time. I am very grateful for great service.

The worst customer care I have gotten from postmaster employees don't know much if I could rate this lower I would socks I'm forced operate with them

Had to have a package rerouted/intercepted, and they were very helpful. We received the package despite concerns about delivery. Mailman went out of his way to deliver to us. Much appreciated.
