Very pleasant interactions! Thank you for servicing us in a kind and friendly way!
In and out in less than 3 minutes to mail my package! Love this location. They have a copier also. Not sure why people keep giving bad reviews. I won't go anywhere else.
Can't understand why this branch has so many poor reviews. Every time I have been in here it has been a pleasant experience. Brianna has always been helpful and accommodating. She remembers me, as well as many other regulars who obviously also enjoy talking with her as well which makes for conversations and jokes which makes the whole trip there a positive one. Have shipped a lot through here and will continue to do so!
Like a previous reviewer, I am not sure why this post office is getting few stars. Everything I needed was available- pens, packing tape, markers, etc. The office is clean, the staff is friendly and efficient, and it wasn't crowded at all. On a previous trip to the post office, I went to the Guilford branch on Market St and it looked like a bomb went off in there. I was able to snag the last priority flat envelope, there were no pens in the entire post office myself and a few others had to go back our to our vehicles for them and the staff was meh. I don't often need to go into the post office, but when I do, I'll travel the extra miles and go to this one.
The lady working here is very rude and won't let you in even if you get there a few minutes earlier than their closing time. But what should we expect from a place run by slightly-literate employees!
This is definitely the worst post office I’ve ever been to, it’s always a lady with an attitude right up front. She is not helpful at all. I’m going to start going out my way to another location just to avoid the irritation.
In the last month i have had FIVE packages get "delivered" only for them to not be in my mailbox. I have a locked box so there is no way someone could steal it. They have delivered so many packages to me that weren't mine and have delivered mine to someone else. I have not been able to recover all of them and they genuinely do not care. Usps is absolutely terrible.
My experience was fine for me, because I had my package ready and just needed to pay for the shipping. My concern is for the gentlemen who was in front of me in line, he was belittled and downright bullied for not knowing the ins and outs of shipping packages, it was humiliating. The older gentlemen behind the service desk was just plain rude and should not be in customer service at all. I just stopped into this office out of convenience, but never again. The USPS should identify such issues and correct them. You shouldn't employ people who don't like working with the public.
This could be such an easy Post Office to deal with if the employees would just smile every once in a while. They always seem to be in a bad mood. I understand the job is not easy. My job is not easy either but if you really hate working with the public then I suggest you look for another line of work. Or learn how to smile.
I would not recommend this place. The staff is unbelievably rude, consistently. There is a female staff member that works the counter, who is in need of some professionalism courses. She referred to me as “boo”. I don’t feel like she should be using her neighborhood lingo with customers in a professional setting. She exhibits behavior as if she hates her job.
