I came in today to USPS at 1051 State Rd 544 E., Haines City, FL to get my US passport, and I was treated like a king. Sorry, I didn't get the person's name; however, only one person is dedicated to visas. Therefore, it will not be challenging to give the highest recognition for his outstanding customer service skills. They offer the whole package, including pictures. Appointment is required!
I have had numerous interactions with Haines City PO staff, both via delivery and at the Post Office mailing packages, etc. Staff have always been helpful and courteous. The building was clean and the waiting line was short and fluid. I even stopped a delivery driver in Haines City recently to ask her for directions she was extremely helpful and friendly. True professionals!
The postal workerSHE IS NOT!!!! Our regular postal workerwho delivered our packaged today 6/11/23, dropped our package at the End of driveway, near the gate. Just so happen my husband was sitting at the table and saw what she did and ask her why she did not bring it to the porch? she replied people don’t want us to come in their gate!! The gate does Not!! have ANY closer’s a across the front!!I have never in the 30 years I’ve Iived here, heard this!! She continues to drop my mail/packages at the wrong address! SOMEONE!!!!! Could have stolen my package and we would have never known. She speeded off! I will be reporting her. Tomorrow!!!
I get the neighbors mail. they get mine. my Taxes were delivered to his locked mailbox. they dont answer their phone at any time of day. my USPS packages are returned because of address issues. But i get packages being delivered by every other source this office is a joke.. and there is noone that wants to address any situation. i see by the reviews that this office obviously doesnt care about anything
Please avoid this place if you can!! This is the most ghetto post office I’ve ever had to deal with. They do not answer the phone and don’t bother trying to confront the manager about not answering the phone, because all he’s going to do is catch an attitude. To make a long story short our problem could have been solved by a simple phone call.
I've never had any problem with mail here, but trying to get a new passport was infuriating. I was told that the old passport expired past renewal could not be used as proof of citizenship, despite literally everywhere online officially stating the opposite. Was redirected from here to the county clerk for when I had my birth certificate available. County Clerk confirmed I could use my expired passport and scoffed that I had been told otherwise. I am absolutely infuriated to have been made to feel wrong for pushing the matter with the Post Office only to turn around and be proven correct by literally every other source. Awful. If this were just about mailing items out, 5 stars, but if it's just about Passport Appointment Experiences, 0 Stars, go somewhere else.
Rafael and David were very helpful and kind helping me with the passport renewal application. They are very knowledgeable and professional; I am happy I decided to come here!
Worst post office we ever dealt with. Mail supposed to be forwarded. Some is and some is not. Have talked to post office several times trying to resolve issue. NO SUCCESS!!
Another unaccountable government agency that doesn't care about job performance. Nonsensical rules on delivering mail to get customers who already pay for everything they do to pay more. The entire postal service needs to be shutdown. Their inefficiency is legendary. A government job for the people the private sector wouldn't hire.
Web page says they have a kiosk and they dont have a Self Service Kiosk, they took out the machine. Employee was very rude when I asked him if they could print a shipping label since I drove 20 min there so I could use the kiosk to print my label and ship. Be aware!!
