I am always missing my mail and I am always getting other neighbors mail. What is going on with this post office??? I have complained several times and got Informed Delivery. Yesterday it says I should have gotten 6 items and I did not. I've been dealing with this since I moved to Haines City in 2020. This is absolutely ridiculous!!!!!
They are good. But there web site isn't working. I can't look up any of my packages at all. N it will not let me sign in. Please fix.
Wish I would have read these reviews before I came to this location. Very rude, made me feel like I was bothering him. He felt the envelopes and shook his head. I doubt my letters will be delivered.
If I could give this guy no stars I would do it. Apparently he wasn’t able to read either letters or numbers. He asked me for several times my friend’s address as he couldn’t understand my handwriting. I explained that I have problems with my hands and that’s why I write like that. He just didn’t care. I also told him that I was able to spell everything for him in case he needed me to do so and he just said I just Can put the first letter. I explained that it was the second time that I was sending Mail to the same address and I had no problems on the first time. He told me that he will be sending it anyways. Robert provide me with the worst customer service. It’s not what you could say or how you act; is how you make people feel. He need to learn how to treat people; no matter who they are or where they from.
This location is an absolute joke! Again today a package is out for delivery but they claim there's no access to the box. I have cameras that show there were no issues! Every time you try to call this office... no one answers no matter what time you call. In the past I have had to have the mail carrier who delivers the mail call on a special number to get answers. This is why USPS needs to ve shut down and save tax payers money. Absolutely a joke to deal with in every way!!!!!
Came in today for a passport. This is one of the best run Post Office locations ever! The staff were friendly and efficient and the line was moving, did my passport paperwork with Rafael who knew his stuff and got my appt done in 15mins, I will get it soon! Thanks, it was a good experience!.
I am not the type of person than leaves bad reviews. But I have to warn other people to get a mailbox in a diferente location. This place acts like there’s no management control on the situations they keep repeating. It is the 3rd time I have a package sent back to the sender. After “being 2 days” in the mailbox that I never received. They aren’t leaving keys, and forget to put the package notification as well. I spoke to the cashier of this location and she got my name and phone number to call me if they find it because they weren’t able to find the package neither the current location of it even with their own tracking number. I never got the call back, and I see it’s back to my sender now. I am also going to expose here how disrespectful I was treated by a manager who walk and gave me his back when I was asking him for my letters. He said since he gave to a stranger with my same last name, who said it was my father. I was so frustrated I was humiliated like that in front of my toddler. Like you buy a box but have no rights over it
The Haines City Post Office's staff has always been very friendly and accommodating when I need to personally pick up a package never charged-not sure what another review meant by that they even called me to let me know I had a package!!!!, forwarding my mail, holding my mail etc. When I have had to call, I always talk to a person, I have never experienced "an automated answering service". I couldn't ask for more! This staff is awesome! And a BIG Thank you to Minnie for going above and beyond!
Do your self a favor: Drive 6 more miles to any post office besides Hains City!
Went on a Friday afternoon to send off a couple of packages and the guy at the front was so rude. My husband asked him a question and he was ignored. The most unfriendly person we have dealt with in a while. If he doesn't like his job maybe he should find a new one.
