Needs repairs! Only one of the four entrance doors works. One is taped off, one is completely missing. There is a light post knocked over outside with wires showing. There is a fire pull alarm taped up inside. This place is neglected.
Went in on a Saturday 10/8/2022 about an hour before closing - great that they are open a little later than others. Mario was very friendly and efficient! He noticed we were sending passport apps and was so helpful by verifying we were submitting all the necessary documents/items.
The new employee at Mint Hill NC 28227 clerk#77 is new and extremely Rude. I visit this post office 1 to 2 times a week and on 09/06/2022 she was the the clerk that was processing my 14 packages. I put up 2 to 3 packages at a time when there are multuples due to putting all at one time caused me lose 2 packages about a year ago one fell behind a register and was mailed back to me and one was never found so I put up a couple at a time on the counter.This new #77 clerk insisted several times for me to put all at one time which I would not do and she was so rude I have never experienced this at any usps store or anywhere. I asked for Julie the manager and was told she was at lunch. I told the worker I put packages up a couple at a time for a reason and she did not care. She was complaining to the clerk beside her while I was there about me. The only complaint she had was about me putting all 14 packages on the counter at one time which there was not room and I would possible get one lost if it fell behind a register or on the floor. I have been going to this post office for the last 2 yrs and never had a problem with any of the staff. This new girl clerk 77 is the absolute worst of any employee I have ever encountered. New employees should not be left alone when new but watched for a while before letting them be the only one working with the public.This encounter was so bad I will be leaving usps and find another carrier.
It would be amazing if my mail could come to me without having been opened and obviously tampered with or the contents stolen…but integrity seems to be too much to ask for. I’m getting married in a few weeks and some wedding gifts aren’t making it to me ….well, the actual gifts themselves aren’t, but the already opened cards are coming.
If I could choose no stars I would. Every time I come in this establishment it’s alot of playing around Lolligagging and talking took 20min to get a package. No note provided in mail box advising there even was a package. This establishment needs a whole new crew.
The drivers here are the laziest liars I have ever seen! I have ordered over 50 items that have been delivered and now all of a sudden USPS gets my packages and the entry way to my apartment is blocked! Are you serious? I hate this place Amazon please break your contract with USPS they get absolutely nothing right! Wish I could give zero stars! Oh and did I mention they never answer the phone!
The employees here are extremely rude for no reason, other than they can be, since their manager doesn’t care that her employees are rude. The rudest ones are the drivers, most of the ones at the counter are generally pleasing other than this one man who makes snide comments here and there. The fill in USPS driver has taken multiple Amazon packages off my front porch as seen through my ring! This is stealing. There are no labels on these packages that say USPS anywhere. I have called and told them and they say they can’t do anything about it. I’m calling the police next time because I’m tired of my Amazon packages being stolen by this particular fill in driver. Scheduling a pickup is pointless, they never pickup. If I catch the carrier they say they were given no papers for the scheduled pickup. Some days we have no mail service. They don’t answer the phone. They have taken 2-3 weeks to deliver multiple priority packages. They obviously need a good manager!
Do not and I repeat DO NOT use the Mint Hill USPS for package delivery. They will either lose it, return to sender bc of “insufficient address,” say the entrance was blocked, etc. This has happened to me 4 times! If I can’t ensure my packages will be delivered by FedEx, UPS, or Amazon I just won’t order it. Period! And when you call or go to the office…of course they don’t know anything and are useless to help you. Just a shame!
Never have had a problem here. Service is quick and friendly. Naysayers must have tried to get in after hours.
Signed up for informed delivery. It indicated my son's soc sec 1099 was present, also my duke energy bill. They were missing from my mail when mailman came. Still have not received days later.
