Horrible postal service. Lost my extremely important mail from immigration department. I’ve been waiting for extremely important mail Mail man never showed up on that day and it shows delivered, I was waiting home to collect mail. When I got tracking, it shows it was scanned middle of two houses? manager claiming it delivered to my mailbox. Disgusting!!
Sorya was by far the rudest, nastiest front desk worker I have ever dealt with. Condescending and truly the most unfriendly person. Somebody needs to be spoken to about her manner and her disrespect
The best post office in my neighborhood. Nice people good services. Full passport service. I had the best ID photo taken here in my life :-
Soraya the lead front clerk had no clue what she was doing. My husband and I went to apply for his passport she was on her phone at the window talking while helping us. She took the photo that came out very dark I requested for it to be taken over and she responded that's how he is. Now the passport agency sent us a letter stating the photo was too dark and needs to be taken over. I do hope the POOM sees this and address the PM of this office also.
The worst post office I ever been too so unhelpful it’s unbelievable went to mail a package for my new business and I know nothing about mailing packages and they wouldn’t spend 1 minute helping me on a Saturday with no customers in store at all , if they would’ve showed me how to do it just once I would never need help again, I’m new at this package sending and would learn nothing from them! Customer service ? I found nothing here! I just walked out without sending package!
Some of the meanest people work here. Worse experience every week when I ship out my eBay packages. They always have an attitude with me. And make me come back with my packages they won’t ship unless the box is perfect for me. There’s only one woman there who will fix the box for me if it needs tape and she’s very patient. Unfortunately I never get to see her it’s always someone with a problem with me. Worst post office on the island.
I had Apple air pods ordered from Amazon delivered through your location and for about two weeks it was at your location never delivered. Finally ,Amazon reached out to me and sent me a new one because it was mysteriously vanished from your location. This is the second time I have had issues with the post office and the way I receive my orders. -5 stars if I could put it.
Their service was poor, I went to take some passport photos and the lady said she can’t cut the extra photos she’s only allowed to do two. That doesn’t make any sense.
No complains unless you're expecting a package delivered on a Sunday. The odds of the package making it to your home are 50/50, with either a unexpected delay, the carrier not being able to make it to your front dooralthough there is no gate, or some other BS excuse. Otherwise, my regular carrier and service at the post office itself has been excellent.
I am tired of delivering my neighbors mail to them from mailbox every week. 4 pieces in one day! I wonder how many pieces of mail I am missing?
