***As the original author of the review below I am letting everyone know that my work was edited. This review was intended for the FedEx store off El Toro and the 405 in Lake Forest. But it was recently edited to say it to say 'USPS' instead. That to me is an act of dishonesty and so I reject the actions of whomever is responsible for editing my original review which was intended for Tara, the store owner of the FedEx off El Toro and the 405 freeway. I really hope this review stays on whenever they update the new USPS address, because I have a lot of good things to say about my experience here. From the moment I walked into the USPS, Tara, the store owner, welcomed me and proceeded to give me the best customer service experience I have ever had at a mailing/parcel company. Indeed, this was not just another humdrum venture into a faceless business where I do my transactions and forget about everyone I met there, I felt like I was in a neighborly home where I am known and welcomed in like family. And in an age of impersonal technology and smart phones, the human touch was just a breath of fresh air. And aside from her diligence and competence and ensuring that everything was in order to send my passport renewal application capably accomplished I might add, she was just a very pleasant and kind person to speak with. I look forward to any and all future visits to this USPS branch.
I've come to check my PO box several times only to find the door locked. The lobby supposed to be open till 7:00 p.m. and it's not 7:00 yet. According to my clock it was 6:50. So this is two times I drove all the way over here to check my box only to have to come back again. Quit closing the door early or I'm going to get my PO box somewhere else where they don't lock it early! I pay for that box, and it says I have access till 7:00 p.m. you need to make sure that it is available then! FYI, several other people walked up to a locked door after I got in my car. So I'm not the only customer you're inconveniencing. There are a lot of people that come at 6:50 only to have a door locked early.
The reason for my 3 stars I was sending a box and didn’t tape it , the associate forced me to buy a tape brand new and she refused me to give me two inches of tape which she had next to her desk. I went to different locations one in Irvine UC and also the one in Brea both of them they let me use their tape and not to buy one . ! She started arguing about it too . Will not come back to this location.
Late visit. Agents were lightening fast to get customers through. Has Passport Office here also. Parking can be tight at times. Quite a busy place near closing.
I see negative reviews for this Post Office, but I'm not sure exactly why they are there. Sure, the staff seems a bit indifferent, but I'm always in and out of there fairly quickly. The biggest problem that I have with this location are the patrons. They seem to be slower than at other locations for some strange reason. If you can just drop off and get back out, do it.
From CA to DE in 2 days they said. It's been over a week and the package hasn't arrived yet. Great job, guys!
Fast service. Ended up talking to the employee about working at the post office. You can never really tell if they are happy there or not. And this is for any post office. I think that mostly they aren't too happy but they handled my package expediently.
I love coming to this post office. Always fast, efficient, not your typical stereotypical old cranky postal workers. At least not when I'm there.
This usps office is not reliable. They don’t care about packages and envelopes for being delivered on time and to the correct address. They said “delivered means delivered”. this is while the envelope is delivered to an unknown address !!!!!! If it was possible, I would consider zero star for this USPS office.
The workers here are the kindest most hard working people at a USPS. I always come here about weekly to drop off packages and they are always nice and basically know me by name now. I recommend this place
