There’s a guy continuously coming to my apartment on Saturday’s to deliver whatever it is he needs to deliver and is extremely rude “oh unfortunately I can’t give you any mail today” WOW JUST WOW!! I’ve never been treated that rudely in my entire life EXTREMELY RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE RIGHT PLEASE!!!!!! THE RUDENESS NEEDS TO STOP IMMEDIATELY!!!!!
The service itself has been great so far recently moved up here. There is a giant pothole when driving to the drive-by maibox though. Otherwise outside of that everyone working there is extremely nice.
Another day of our postal worker not wanting to deliver packages. This time unable to access our driveway or door. The previous time was it's to dangerous to cross the street. Have had similar issues for the past 2 years now. Post Master appears to want to helpbut doest fix the problem manager in office does nothing but make excuses and is argumentative.

Said couldn't access driveway but watched him never even try. No updates, no one's answering the phone. Had to physically go to the post office to figure out what was going on. Just to find out the driver lied and was rude to the lady that helped me.
The people working here enjoy not having to be helpful at all. USPS has the worst customer service ever
It was great! The line was a little long, but there wasn't much of a wait. It went smooth and quickly.
This post office is filled with thieves that stole my son's driver's license instead of delivering it. Have filed numerous complaints and still have not heard a single thing back. Extremely Incompetent employees and no one to hold them accountable for stealing people's mail. Even filed a complaint with the usps office of inspector general and still nothing. These people don't care and I honestly don't feel bad for them being "overwhelmed". Pick a different job if you're not capable of delivering mail!
No one answers the phone at this location, I tried calling over five times in an afternoon after a package that said it had been delivered turned up MIA for the third or fourth time this past year. Luckily an honest neighbor dropped it off. If anyone has any issues, contact the post master or send a letter to the following: CONSUMER AFFAIRS UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE 100 S 1ST ST RM 115A MINNEAPOLIS MN 55401-9631 Hopefully with more correspondence, there will be pressure for them to improve their customer service and delivery accuracy.
The post office itself is like any post office. Slow lines at busy times. Some friendly staff, some not. Clean facility. We often receive random mail for addresses not even similar to ours. We also RTS and sometimes get stuff back from the post office. Let's remember, this facility is brought to you by the level 9f government who've mismanaged passenger trains so poorly that it has to be heavily subsidized and who have also gotten America into $31 trillion into debt.
