I visited the post office this morning to track down a package that was supposed to be delivered to my home. Due to an address error made by the company I ordered the package from it was sent back return to sender. When I arrived at the post office I requested the postal worker to see if he could track down the package for me in a few short min he came back with my package in hand. I told him I was expecting more packages from this company and he helped guide me through the steps to be taken to ensure I receive my packages should this happen again. I experienced great service from the USPS today.
5 Stars. Would put more I could simply because we had one of the nicest mail carriers for about 2 months or so. I can imagine being a mail carrier can get very stressful. But, he was always very respectful and would walk my mail up to me if I were outside. He was very quick and efficient delivery our mail as well. I talked to a bunch of my neighbors about him, and they agreed 100%! We miss having him as our mail carrier. If we could vote for who we want as our mail carrier...it would be a unanimous decision, and if I remember correctly his name is Justin.
I did not have any problems with this US Post office! The building itself is a joy inside and put, has this really pleased and cool atmosphere and old look to it and is very clean and spacious! Service was great on all ends, attentive, polite and very accommodating to boot! The delivery rate could've been better but it wasn't exactly awful either. No problems, I liked this post office personally! Picture is of the outside of the building!
I absolutely dread going in here. Staff are ALWAYS ill-mannered, rude, and some of their attitudes are just so distasteful. People that work at the post office are just simply unhappy. My positive energy and vibes have never been reciprocated.
Easy in, easy out. Professional and courteous staff are always friendly and helpful.
One star because I have 5 packages with tracking numbers that says they've been out for delivery for a few days now and I haven't received them yet.I will be at the post office in the morning to figure out what is going on.
Our mail carrier always says hi to my kids when they see him and they love it. When we go to the post office the workers are courteous even if the lines are long. As a family, we are thankful that all the Sheboygan postal workers work so hard and faithfully. It helps make the city a better place.

Ordered tobacco products for years and never have they asked for a signature. The one and only time they actually knock for one is the one time when I'm not home and they refuse to deliver the package because I'm not there to sign. Received an email stating I can pick up the package myself. Went to the facility hours later before they closed and surprise surprise, the package isn't there. Way to mess up the hard work all those people along the way put in to get my package here a day early to be shot down by these guys. The guy who looked for our package was nice. I just can't get over USPS pocketing years worth of $6 signature fees when they never asked me once yet today they did while I wasn't home smdh.
It never fails!!! I spend more time standing in line at the post office then I do waiting at the doctor's office. 8 people in line one cashier. I totally understand why the USPS is being replaced by smaller businesses that provide the same services.
