I visited the post office this morning to track down a package that was supposed to be delivered to my home. Due to an address error made by the company I ordered the package from it was sent back return to sender. When I arrived at the post office I requested the postal worker to see if he could track down the package for me in a few short min he came back with my package in hand. I told him I was expecting more packages from this company and he helped guide me through the steps to be taken to ensure I receive my packages should this happen again. I experienced great service from the USPS today.
I did not have any problems with this US Post office! The building itself is a joy inside and put, has this really pleased and cool atmosphere and old look to it and is very clean and spacious! Service was great on all ends, attentive, polite and very accommodating to boot! The delivery rate could've been better but it wasn't exactly awful either. No problems, I liked this post office personally! Picture is of the outside of the building!
Mail people at the counter are delightful and knowledgeable and always put a smile on my face.
Ordered tobacco products for years and never have they asked for a signature. The one and only time they actually knock for one is the one time when I'm not home and they refuse to deliver the package because I'm not there to sign. Received an email stating I can pick up the package myself. Went to the facility hours later before they closed and surprise surprise, the package isn't there. Way to mess up the hard work all those people along the way put in to get my package here a day early to be shot down by these guys. The guy who looked for our package was nice. I just can't get over USPS pocketing years worth of $6 signature fees when they never asked me once yet today they did while I wasn't home smdh.
Our mail carrier always says hi to my kids when they see him and they love it. When we go to the post office the workers are courteous even if the lines are long. As a family, we are thankful that all the Sheboygan postal workers work so hard and faithfully. It helps make the city a better place.
This place never fails do be horrendous. I would make multiple reviews if I could. This time I was waiting in line, hadn't noticed that someone else was in front of me because I was on the opposite side of the table, Jacob calls her up and helps her which is fine, but then when she is done and I go to try again he said that I have to go behind someone who came in after me. I understand if I didn't follow their proper line it would make sense? But just ask me to move? Even another customer thought it was rude to do so. I've already reported staff for being rude, the whole front staff should be replaced.
It never fails!!! I spend more time standing in line at the post office then I do waiting at the doctor's office. 8 people in line one cashier. I totally understand why the USPS is being replaced by smaller businesses that provide the same services.
Was able to quickly and easily find exactly which shipping solution I was looking for without needing any help, it's all out in the open once you walk in. When I went to pay, the worker was kind and helpful even though I created more work for him on accident. Thank you USPS! P.S. I see other people weren't fans of the workers but when I was there this past Saturday afternoon I had a great experience with the guy who was working.
The people there are always helpful & nice. We went there for my husband's passport, and that was handled wonderfully. The photos we had there were the best passport photos we've taken. PS one review said they don't have a postage stamp kiosk, but they do.
Horrible service, have run into different problems all with the post office not fulfilling their end on making sure my packages were found and delivered. Most recently the website doesn’t update where my package is, I called this office they said they didn’t know where it was and haven’t tried to contact me for a few days now. I understand packages being misplaced but they can’t even follow up, there’s no professionalism here simply lazy workers.
