Lost my box between picking it up at the house and the post office. Ridiculous and items in the box that can't be replaced. I will never use Usps again. So disappointing.
Good post office. Great staff; Doug is top notch model for customer service employees regardless of the merchandise.
They lost my package and did nothing to fix it. They gave me an incorrect key at my mailbox to retrieve a package from the parcel box at my apartment complex. The key wasn't even actually placed inside my mailbox, it was just poked into a little slot on the outside for anyone to take. When I went up there to ask about my package, they were really weird about it. The guy was nice enough but said they were "expecting" something like this to happen, which I found odd. Then the lady who came out had an attitude. The key I received had a 1 on it and she said she was "pretty sure" they left it in the 3rd box. So that doesn't even make sense. She did not give me a key to check the 3rd box. Luckily the company I ordered from reshipped me my order for free via FedEx and I got it with no issues.
I currently have a package stuck in a parcel locker been in there a week fixing to be 2, so I Called and complained everyday just about and it. I even showed up in person brought them evidence and after the fact it is still not out.... EVENTUALLY I got the useless supervisor to come out she couldn't get it out.... didn't even have the keys for it so she disrespectfully drove off did not really do anything else. Thanks for nothing I guess? * UPDATE the key was put in the wrong mailbox and the package was stolen thanks USPS way to go
Always delivering to the wrong spot, not delivering on time, or not delivering at all. Customer service is always horrible when you have to call and it's dreadful to deal with them. Usually leaves mailbox open, even in rain. Worst worst worst. Nightmare of a service. Also, they have delivered one package to my house but IN THE SAME NIGHT delivered the other package I was expecting to the wrong house. How does that even happen?? I also have had our mail carrier ASK ME if I have found my package that wasn't delivered ...... Absolutely mind numbing.
On 4 occasions, we've had mail delivered to the wrong house, or mail delivered to our house that wasn't ours. These have always been weekend deliveries. I'm currently missing two packages, one that said it was delivered to our house and another that said it was delivered to the box, neither of which made it to either location. I don't believe this is just a minor mistake as one of the occasions saw 4 houses' worth of mail delivered to our house in the same afternoon drop— all packages, all different streets and addresses, all different names. Edit: On the same day I wrote this review, AFTER writing it, I again had 4 different houses' mail delivered to my house 5 if you include my own packages as well. Again, different names, street numbers, and streets than my own. The issue appears to be with the individuals who deliver packages on days the post office is closed Sundays and holidays.
So frustrated! Emailed my son on 7/17/22 saying a lettercontaining drivers license would arrive on7/17. Still not here yet! Couldn’t get the information I need on the automated number!
This is by far the worst post office I've ever dealt with! I had $60 worth of Plexus delivered to the wrong address I assume.. I never got it. I called and was told I was lying and there was nothing that could be done! Since then we have moved and have a new carrier. Well, today is the second time I've had a package that required a signature out for delivery and I get a notice saying no one was home to sign for it.. the carrier never knocked on my door. Today is Presidents Day so of course I can't call or go pick my package up! The post master has been rude anytime I've called about a problem anyway so it isn't like it'd do me any good. There are also times we've went several days without getting anything.. which is very unusual as we normally get some kind of junk mail everyday! I am fed up with this whole post office here. From now on I will be calling and filing a complaint with a higher power every single time I have an issue until something is done!
They won't answer the phone nor will they deliver a priority mail package that sent November 24 and arrived to their post office December 5, 2021, 2:34 pm Arrived at Hub LUMBERTON, TX 77657 Unacceptable
One of the worst ups offices and delivery service in general. They rarely ever actually deliver any packages, I’ve always had to pick them up. When I brought it up to the lady at the office one day she was very rude and told me it was because of my dogs or the fact that I’m not there. So I put them up every delivery day and wait for my packages only to see the mailman keep driving and I get an email saying ‘Delivery Attempted’ every single time. Not to mention the office is only opened a limited amount of time so I always have to work around their schedule
