Best post office in town. The staff are all friendly, helpful, and professional. The interior is open after hours has ample amount of P.O. Boxes if you need. The counter service area is always clean and well stocked. The location is safe and easily accessed. And the carriers do a great job, never had anything lost. Thank you!
I work during the hours they are open and they will not remove a hold on my mail, I am out of vacation days and will not be able to take another day off until next year and they refuse to deliver my mail unless I come in person to remove the hold, this is crazy, they are going to return everything that comes in to sender for the rest of the year and the agent laughed at me and told me it’s my fault. That is fine, I will go paperless and never order anything online again unless it is UPS or FedEx. What they are doing should be illegal to refuse to deliver to me when I let them know I’m back and I’m home. Worst post office ever. I’ll try to use my vacation days to move next year and get as far away from this ridiculous post office as possible.
Seriously everyone at this location is incompetent. I waited in line forever and explained to them that I had an email saying they attempted delivery but there was no where secure to leave it I live in an apartment of course there isn’t and that they left a notice. There was no notice. I came here and provided the tracking number to a man who said he looked for it and the carrier definitely had it. So I talked to someone else and he found it immediately and handed it to me, so I said that’s funny the other man literally just told me he looked everywhere and it wasn’t here and I needed to talk to someone else because the I was holding up the line. He told me oh well. Very nice job guys.
Wanted to charge me $80 to ship a box that doesnt even weight 5lbs. Im trying to ship within california. $80 is ridiculous. Paid $8 for the stupid box that i cannot return. I specifically asked if theyd charge by weight and if thats all. The lady barely understood me im speaking perfect english. She tossed my box around when I came back and then told me it was that expensive because of the dimensions. I specifically asked earlier when I bought the box if they were gonna charge me anything other than the weight. Ridiculous. Waste of my time and money and I still havent shipped my package.
Always so helpful and line moves quickly. Never an issue and I receive the service you would expect from a post office. Always a pleasure on my visits. Thanks
In general they are very helpful. My only complaint is that I filled in a vacation hold for my mail and it wasn't honored causing my mail to pile up while I was gone for a whole month. If you have to do something really really important take it to the Fountain Hills Citrus Heights Post office. But this one is okay for everyday use. Hope this helps.
Unprofessional! Very rude! While I was there, the officer, John, talked in a way that gives you too much stress just for a regular job routine. Employees with lousy attitudes should consider no work on the front desk!
John was really helpful and friendly. I walked in at 5:00 pm closing time and he helped me with what I need.
I've been finding my mail is getting opened. I filed a report mid this week. Just received a call back from someone looking into it. I appreciate the follow up
It’s the post office and not a luxurious Napa health spa, so don’t expect employees to cater to your every need. Sure a couple of the guys could be more friendly, but most of the year the lines are short and I can get in and out quickly.
