Whoever “soo” is working at the front desk is a complete nightmare. I specifically avoid this place because I don’t like her abusive treatment. How is she still employed!? The nasty, snarky remarks are too much. I’m never going there again. I’ll go to the ups store where they care about their customers. I plan on making a formal complaint about her after this.
Great customer service by both workers! Noel and Punita both had amazing customer service, greeted me kindly, and took care of all my needs and any questions I had about my mail package, even though the store was busy and the line was long. Their attitude was amazing and it made the postal process a lot smoother! Thank you!!
Absolutely terrible post office. Thieves post office workers stole 5 figure valued registered package. They are rude and dismissive when asked about the theft. All need to be fired and ARRESTED. Will do all I can to keep them accountable. Never, ever ship with these criminals!!!
This post office is the worst. I cringe everytime i have to walk into there "hoping" things go smoothly for a simple pick up. Place is terrible. Always had been. On another occasion, they lost my package from the outdoor drop box to their postal office. So somewhere within that 100ft walk my package was lost. I ended up losing out twice because I had to refund the buyer and I had no product. I tell folks, if they have the time go to Rodeo or Pinole. The Hercules Post Office sucks and its employees are dishonest when you ask them questions and expect a real and honest answer.
If 0 stars was an option that would be the rating I would give this location. Specifically, the 'supervisor' Sandeep. Not only was he rude and contradictory, he was also dishonest and provided false information for the local post master in addition to falsifying the occurrences surrounding the failed delivery of priority mail item. I'm a long time supporter of USPS and ship items regularly. Never have I ever encountered such an incompetent liar in an alleged professional setting.
Decent service but they should definitely get another cashier. Having one window open for a line that's wrapping around the back of the office is a little ridiculous.
My favorite post office, nice group of staff and always professional.
Very nice people
This place is terrible, can't believe this people are employed. Absolute nightmare
