2nd time in 1 month carrier didn't pick up mail. This is our home. In the past year it's happened 5 times. And USPS has the NERVE to increase postage costs? Yeah, cuz your employees have absolutely 0 work ethic.
I have lived in DeKalb for decades. The service at our USPS is excellent. The workers have always been polite, attentive, and thorough. During busy hours, they have shown to be extremely patient, friendly and respectful.
Misplaced A package, was told several times they would get back to us with info, but they never did. Today there was a "Sorry we missed you" notice in our box explaining we didn't receive our package because we have to pay for it... Incompetence.
No one actually has any work ethic there. Rude. The carriers stop on routes and drink their coffee and smoke there cigarettes lined up in the postal vans. 2 women at the counter always say how much they hate it and want to quit. Supervisor is a joke!!!!!!
they keep delivering wrong mails to my place, missing my mails MANY times. i called several times and let them know. they told me to leave the wrong mail in my mail box and promised to fix the problem. next day the wring mail was still in the mail box and i brought them to the owner.
If I could leave zero stars I would. It seems they just let anyone work here. Not only did the worker put the WRONG zip code on the package and not let my husband confirm it. When I called to speak to someone about it, dealt with the worthless manager who told me maybe my husband should’ve paid attention and there was nothing he was going to do. Absolute trash and terrible customer service. The worst post office I’ve ever dealt with.
Terrible customer service. I paid online to have a package intercepted. I give the employee the tracking number regarding the package for pickup showing my receipt and she says there is still a fee to be paid for them holding it. That was not disclosed to me when making the payment online. I strongly feel the employee does not know how to perform her job.
They've lost 3 packages, never sent a notification on Informed Delivery, refuse to deliver any actual mail. The only mail I do get is for people who don't live here and junk mail/advertisements. Failed to deliver the first package and mixed the missed delivery slip in the junk mail and tried charging me $9 for holding the package and almost immediately returned it to sender instead. I've lived here all of 3 months and already can't stand the postal service here. What's more, I've given them my address on Informed Delivery, did a change of address and mail forwarding, all to my current address....and they're still refusing to deliver my mail and packages, claiming I don't have an address..... absolutely worthless.
Took the kids to get new passports. Fast and friendly staff. The whole process took less than 20 min.
The supervisor for the Hillcrest drive route has been extremely helpful during this Kohls debacle I have had, they should really give him a raise best USPS customer service I have ever recieved!!!
